“forever grateful to family, friends, writers, and all the subtle influences that guide us.”
You spend almost all everyday doom scrolling whilst daydreaming, leaving you each day with only about 2 hrs. to seriously get things done with your exams are coming up.
To all the chronically onliners / slash / procrastinators…I see youuuu ![]()

LOL, this is one of the projects I have been working on. The idea kinda made me laugh a little, anyway…
SYNOPSIS
Freshly graduated from highschool. You manage to get accepted into an extended program for learners who hadn’t quite met the minimum academic requirements to enroll into college and must now take an exam from the comforts of your home , to determine whether or not you are truly worthy to walk through these halls.
Will you manage to study enough to pass the examination , with only two hours to spare everyday?? Or will you fall into more distractions and ruin your opportunity to receive a higher qualification??
The word count, is currently shy of 10K (I thought I would have been further by now)
I also plan to upload at least weekly, even if it is just a few hundred words.
Last update: 13 Feb 2026
The demo is currently available at: Cogdemos as aswell as on itchio.
Would appreciate any feedback on grammar, badly placed sentences or anything that stood out to you
Arigatou, hope you enjoy
THEME SONGS:
BLURB
While writing this, I often found myself replaying an interview I saw of George Orwell … especially when my intrusive thoughts go straight for the win: why would I write about this specific topic/theme? What if people don’t really like it? You have to be deeper with your writing.
And as common as these questions are to people who attempt to write something, the interview provided me with a perspective that often calms me…due to how I interpreted it; “Writing is mostly about capturing your own individual experiences, some of those experiences might be mundane and others might be profound.”
Anyway here is the interview segment that stood out for me:
INTERVIEWER: What made you dream up writing 1984?
GEORGE ORWELL: I do not think one can assess a writer’s motives without knowing something about his early development. His subject matter, will be determined by the age at which he lives. but before he ever begins to write, he will have acquired an emotional attitude from which he will never completely escape.
I don’t know many times I rewatched this…
LOL, AND ALSO WHILE INTERNET SURFING. I CAME ACROSS A LOT OF THEME-RELATED MEMES. THAT I FEEL LIKE CAPTURE SOME OF THE FEELINGS. HERE ARE A FEW (…I want to claim that I got these while doing research but I really just be out here scrolling… ![]()
