About game
Firstly huge S/O to @poison_mara . The idea came from a Halloween jam 80’s theme that has vampires and disco lights. I didn’t manage to complete it in time for submission (Four months later and still not complete).
A Surreall World is set in the 80’s, and begins on your prom night. However as time goes on the lines between reality and fiction become blurred.
Last Update (28 February 2025): New entry/ Launch.

(And currently having laptop charger problems. so not sure when the new update will come.)
Feedback: I would appreciate feedback on grammar and weirdly structured sentences. Or if there’s something else that gets to you while reading.
It’s a very surreal adventure but I love it, it’s weird in a good way (even when I don’t like horror xD) are Oswill and Rijil RO’s? Is the backstory alike to Silent Hill with the dark world? Lol looking forward to more
I really like this premise, I think the surreal nature combined the 80s period will be fun!
But I was wondering if you could add a little bit more detail about the game? What’s the genre, what’s the story going to be about, is there romance, horror, etc?

Okay, strange story about this. When I first read your comment, the name sounded familiar but I didn’t make much of it because it’s two common words combined…BUT then a couple of days later, I came across and a Silent Hill edit instagram. AND IT LOOKS INSANE.
So will definitely be checking it out a bit…But to answer you: I honestly don’t know how similar the backstories will be because I cannot remember what Silent Hill is about, despite how familiar it sounds.
Honestly after typing the theme (Vampires, 80’s, prom, surreal…). I didn’t know what more to say without telling the whole story. HOWEVER will definitely work on the synopsis and use this as a somewhat guideline.
