Gotta say the first time I saw the riddle I had the same reaction as silver then the next time I saw it I was like yea I already know how to solve it.
A story about blue and red following love but on the bridge they ran away with blue following red.
So they were travelling together but upon crossing a bridge they had to run away and blue was following or chasing after red.
Pretty sure itâs just flowery language to describe an object. Thatâs how riddles usually work.
Blue (sky,water etc.)
Red(Fire,magma etc.)
So whats blues love.
@Silverstone Now itâs fixed! I used two separate word processors, and one translated tabs as four spaces, that was the problem.
Just went through and fixed, should be all clear now.
This sounds like a great setting.
The frequent use of bolded words is somewhat irritating.

So either youâve changed your name and started another thread or youâve stolen ideas from a different closed wip or youâve asked to use them which is it Edit well itâs not closed but the last post was July last year so yeah and in case youâre wondering check out Rise of the pirate a WIP youâll find it very similar
Now tell me that game doesnât look familiar
That is correct, this thread is for the updated version of that same game that was started as an idea for the first CS Comp back on the Vanilla forums (not that I actually submitted it, LordIrish was kind enough to give a time extension, but I chose not to submit it since it was incomplete and I felt it would be unfair), like I said in the first post, âafter a very, very, very, very long time etc.â. Rather than choosing to necro an old thread I decided that it would be better to open a new one, especially since for the life of me I canât remember how to log in to my old account ever since the whole twitter API fiasco happened on the Vanilla forums, which resulted in me creating a new acct the moment everything got moved to Discourse.
This seems really cool, and it makes me think of final fantasy
On that riddle⌠begin with the first line; read every other line to the end, then start back at the top on the second line and read every other line. It makes a different kind of sense. I havenât played the game yet. But Iâm imagining a fire-riddle, like âlight the braziers in a certain patternâ. Reminds me of old Zelda games in that regard. Itâs like a spoken map of a place, telling you where things are, where to go, what to look for whereâŚ
Just my two cents worth.
I remember when we switched⌠Everyone was worried about accounts and mobile became a nightmareâŚ
Darn your riddles!
I liked them but riddles I donât know if I would call the unfinished version a riddle more of a puzzle than an actual riddle but the finished product is an interesting thing also that sounds about right although I donât know what any of you are talking about with the whole mobile discourse thing I never had any problems with my mobile account I believe you tho welcome back also shame on you for not inviting @MaraJade How inconsiderate
@Generikb True enough , though it would be equally as inconsiderate if I @'ed a whole bunch of people in a post.
Question though, to all: should I add/edit a few stanzas of the riddle to make it a sight more⌠whatâs a good word⌠un-obscure?
yesâŚ
YesâŚ
YESâŚ
YES!
Definitely this thing is a tad bit esoteric.
