I would bring back either Supra Humanum or The Followers, they were enjoyable games with unique storylines.

It’s tragic when there is a really good WIP and it gets canceled. Just tragic.

I can’t remember the exact name but it was nameless or empty shell. I thought it was really good and mysterious. I also loved how the romances were difficult and there was drama stemming from them. There was this one romance where the mc was interested in the flirt type, and the flirty type still had fun with someone else on a vacation thing ( they had been together already too). When the flirt came back he didn’t say anything about it happening but the mc new he wasn’t revealing something. I really liked the drama unfolding but it was near there where it stopped. It was made about 3 or more years ago, so I doubt the author isn’t going to finish it. But it would be so great if they did.

Ooooh! There was this one vampire WIP that had a really neat idea. I forgot the name exactly, I think it was The Vampire Courts or something along those lines but you were turned into a bloodsucker when you were a child, and so you were stuck looking like one. And I just thought that it was a really unique and refreshing take on the vampire story.

Edit: YUP! The Vampire Courts is indeed the name. I played it again and it was just as good as I remember it. I seriously can’t overstate how cool it is to play as a vampire that’s actually super old, but looks like a kid. It just has so many fun and interesting possibilities, pretending to be a young pumpkin and all.

Is the Seven Heirs of Ophaesia still active?

It is, actually! It’s just that the writer has had to deal with a lot of real life stuff, but you can keep up with the author, the game, and check out lots and lots of RO and character info on her tumblr.

I would love to see Your One Moment become a finished game. Not just because I am a sucker for historical, non-fantasy games, but because it had such interesting characters too (the very first scene already has you taking care of a ridiculous fool of a prince, and it’s gloriously funny :joy:). And besides, I so wanted to know what became of my Sweet Polly Oliver MC and the handsome army captain.

I really love the demo for Tool’s A Stern Hand. It’s an adult focused game, so I’m not sure if it’s appropriate to link, but you can find it in the Adult Content thread.

I was really hoping to see more of it because it seemed like it would be a good illustration of BDSM culture with proper focus on consent and safety. It looked like there would be political intrigue as well, although I was most interested in the character dynamics.

I want to finish it! I am miles from the end, and enmeshed in real-world work, so I rarely get even a second to work on it. I will be writing further on the current sequence, which involves the MC getting advice on how to depict a young woman on stage. More romantic interests, more intrigue, more near-disasters with the prince.
With luck, I will have another update before the end of October.
