Totally new to Way Walkers here, I have a question about the Ways that might be a little silly.
Is Montage meant to encompass all the other Ways and does that mean high proficiency in Montage also gives high proficiency in those other Ways?
Sort of. Montage encompasses all the Ways, yes, and as a stat having high Montage gives you a higher proficiency at incorporating the Ways into each other. So while let’s say a charm check that would require a 35 Beleskie to achieve, but you have only 30, but your Montage is, like 50, then you’d be able to sort of ‘piggyback’ off the Montage to have a success in that choice. However, the Montage stat isn’t a catch-all and isn’t a substitute for much more difficult checks, like something you’d accomplish only with a very high stat check of say, 55 or 60 depending on if yr in 1 or 2.

@WayWalkerLeigh i know there’s some languages in your world,although i haven’t read the books if i’m given examples i might develop the aralic,clan and casfeildian languages. i think my comment will be lost in the crowd but at least i’ve tried lol

Thanks for the offer and glad u like the world. 
But my good friend and now official co-author @mx.mac.rea is the driving force behind the Way Walker languages since the earliest start of the world. She’s developed most of them extensively and I honestly need to go to her to pronounce anything correctly

Not too much, really at least as of now. We’re focusing on getting the project done and we’ll see about updates and DLCs. Mac is also working on her Way Walkers CoG that will likely have a lot more language. She’s also been thinking about doing a monthly language based post on the Patreon

I am the exact opposite. I was aiming for anyone but Semryu but my character ended up falling for him that it was just the natural course of things funnily enough.
Edit: Didn’t help that my character is very much a prankster like Semryu. Nor did Ryu’s (my MC) playful personality help either. So I responded ways I knew Ryu would respond. Ryu would without a doubt skip with Semryu. He doesn’t judge people reguardless of the preduice he grew up with against clan. He can’t stand to see innocent people get hurt. And he easily belived Semryu’s friend was innocent because things weren’t adding up. And Ryu has always been grey area in morals. So basically all of Ryu’s personality was pushing him together with Semryu. If it wasn’t for the fact he knew it was an unbelievably stupid idea and would just get him and Semryu killed he would have tried to break Semryu’s friend out alongside him.
