"Vampire: The Masquerade — Parliament of Knives"—Spy for your sire to save an undead Prince!

Abigail and the other ghoul will be featured more in a future update. I’ve already begun working on it. The hard thing about them is the fact that you can get them any time between mid-game and the very end, because they come from the modular feeding missions, so it’s a bit difficult to work out the pacing of their side-stories.

That’s a really cool idea. I don’t know if a pitch for it would get accepted, but it would definitely be fun. I might be able to pitch it as a repressed memory that you play through. I’ll give it some thought! Thanks for the suggestion!

I’ll add that in a future patch. There’s no reason not to! Thanks to those of you who suggested it!

Not at the moment, no. The ones in Ottawa are being viciously manipulated by Vivian at the moment, and you see a lot more of that if you ally with her.

Seneschal is currently the highest you can ascend. With all the powerful Kindred in Ottawa, it would be awfully difficult to justify the MC becoming anything more than a puppet Prince.

Alisha could definitely be done. But Eden? That’s some forbidden love, right there! lol.

It depends how you progress. I’m pretty sure I’m remembering correctly, but if you are good buddies with Qui but not in a romance, you should still be able to be recruited by him to go to Arundel’s villa.

  • Suffer through the interrogation by Lucca and DO NOT convince her of your innocence. If she fails you, Qui will pick you up.
  • If you’ve made a good impression on Qui, he’ll offer to take you to the villa.

The reason for this is that if you convince Lucca of your innocence, she’ll bring you to Corliss for the Council meeting and Qui won’t have an opportunity to sneak you away.

I notice that you have sorcery in the code, were you planning to have them as a discipline or adding tremere as a clan before it got scrapped ?

I really love the game. Great work!

It would be awesome if we could romance our sire.

Question about Adeline. So I ended up cutting her head off which was AWESOME, with her own sword so big W :sunglasses:. Was she really not an archon or did the prince just say that to keep things in order?

I think she is. She can detect a lie even a half-truth and she could compel you to reveal secrets and make you forget. Plus I think she’s super fast, though I never fought her.

Hmm true, do you think the prince could have taken her head on? Archons are strong but so are Princes

I don’t think so. the power of a prince comes from a vast network of people and information. And an archon’s job is to eliminate Masquerade risks. At least that’s what I figured.

Archons are also subordinate of the justicars, killing one will raise suspicions even if arundel pointing finger to the anarchs

Depends on the Prince and the Archon in question, really. Plenty of Archons weren’t chosen for their combat skills and there are some really ancient Princes out there.

Yes. In fact, in my playthrough he did EXACTLY that, complete with staking, and is now going to use her as a lab rat.

How to get Acchievement
Qui to the City : Make a proper early impression on Sheriff Qui.
I cannot romance him since i didnt got that acchievement

You must be or seem forthright when he interrogates you. Non-answers and vaguely politician demeanor will turn him off.

Woah how did you get that to happen?

honestly, I hope you go through with it. maybe there could even be a throwaway sort of line where you joke about it with her (emphasizing you aren’t really related, especially after later revelations ). I really liked her characterization - very unique and alive (so to speak)…

I… wasn’t aware it was difficult? That was just my playthrough. Try reluctantly siding with the Camarilla after you get your memory back, supporting Arundel after you find him at his place, don’t cut the Archon’s head off yourself, and making sure he ends up as the Prince? (note that this means Ward gets his head cut off - if you don’t do it, Arundel does). I guess? I also got made Seneschal, which apparently is the best you can get?

You know what’s weird? I seem to cruise by easily and get the best endings on both Night Road and Parliament of Knives without putting in any actual effort right in the first playthrough, even though my current favourite CoG WoD game is Out for Blood, (it’s only one that I feel has me fighting uphill), and THAT ONE took me like five tries to get the ending I wanted, because I kept borking the Monroe romance (and my first playthrough was pretty much an unmitigated disaster).

You should cut the archon head off, Arundel will use it to spin the blame to annabelle prince of quabec and getting achievement in the process. Or you cut the rabble head off, Arundel when mad with grief kill the archon himself, before decided to spin the blame by pointing the blame to the anarchs. Mind that killing an Archon will always raise suspicion doesn’t matter if Arundel or Mc did the deed, Expect Justicar paying a visit in the future (if that ever happen).

I cannot seem to romance the Sheriff. I have followed the guide above, but there doesn’t seem to be an option to flirt with him? Is he straight or something?

Not difficult just wondering how you got it, I did all of that I think the only thing I’ll have to change is the final part where I cut of the archons head
