Owen is a babe. And yes I feel there needs to be a cog fanfiction page. Because so far they only have heroes rise fanfiction and it mostly jury and prodical fanfiction. We need a thread just for that man…

Sure, whenever you want, but I think we may sit in different timezones (?), so that conversation may ends with rather long intervals between answers.
Love all the speculation re: John and Damon. Their interactions are definitely some of the most fun to write. It’s all so messy and complicated. I can’t say anything about any fire-forged friendships, but they at least don’t seem to be actively trying to kill each other at Alex’s funeral in the present day, so progress?
Hmm, if I had to kill off a character other than Alex, I’d probably go with Damon, because only Alex and potentially the PC would go to his funeral, so the game would be a lot shorter to write 
@Sammysam I love your analysis of Sarah, it’s really well thought out. Sarah’s problem isn’t so much selfishness, it’s self-loathing, although the two are certainly connected. I think if anything, it would be putting in the hard work to do the more boring, non-glamorous, mundane sort of heroing that would show how far she’s come.
@gia The rehaul will be part of the next update.
@freelance I’m definitely still playing around with how I want to handle the stats, but my inclination is for them to be more about how you relate to your teammates, hop you encourage them to relate to each other, and to rely on flagged decisions. I don’t tend to like the opposing personality trait stuff because I feel like it can constrain roleplaying.
@LazerFarm That was amazing. I started laughing out loud at work. I think it also counts as the first piece of fan fiction for this game

If it had been anything else I would agree completely with your logic ,but with team zero I just can’t. I actually like these characters a lot.
To answer my own question, I would have sacrificed John. Love the guy (I think if you go back early enough in my posts here, I actually express my desire to hug the dude) but I think the idea of an antihero who does morally questionable things to punish terrible people dying heroically or something is nice…
Thank you so much for that - I find I, despite my best efforts, end up worrying about stats in these scenarios. Some games do it better than others, but I end up worrying ‘this choice will likely dump my X stat, which is what my character is all about, but it it what feels right at the moment. But when a check comes later for X, I will probably fail. Argh… ’.
One reason Guenevere is another one of my favourites on here - I don’t envy all those flags, though, but props to Jean for sticking with it. So, you go, you two!

I totally agree, especially given how adventure game logic-y the connection between an option and a stat can sometimes be. And the flags aren’t too bad … yet.

Just wanted to point out a small bug - when recruiting owen during the car chase scene, Sarah makes commentary even if you haven’t recruited her yet. Hope it helps! 
@LazerFarm There’s no stats associated with the specialization choice, it’s a flag that can open up new routes or ways to do things. It shows up a few times in the demo, but my plan is to finish a draft of the game and then go back in and add more stuff relating to specializations.
@Luisa_Mariano Thanks! I’ve definitely noticed some new bugs since I moved the game (I had to tweak the code some to get the game to work properly). I’ll probably go through and fix everything when I update.
