I think which strategy works there with her depends on the determination/compassion stats too. Being friendly works for compassionate MCs while intimidating works for determined MCs. And for pulling off succesfully lying you need high deception stat I guess.
@riverleafing Uh, tbh it’s been a while since I last played the game and I’d really need to replay it to refresh my memories.
Oh, yes, every little bit helps! If I’m not dressed smartly, for instance, it seems the woman at the temple won’t even offer that I check on her kids. Imagine that. I hafta reel in my desire to wear flirty attire to be taken seriously by some folks
And is there anyone out there who still hasn’t settled on any of them and is waiting for Book 3 to introduce a 7th option?
I’m a bit late to the party but I’ll answer anyway:
-Evertree Inn: not romantically interested in anyone.
-Sordwin: Orion! I always end up with him and a relationship stat of about 85%
-Lux: Obviously, I don’t know yet but while I want to see where things go with the elf, I have a feeling I’ll probably like Lord Imperion, too… (regardless of whether he’s actually an option or not)
Ps: thank you for making two very good games (I personally enjoyed Sordwin a lot more than Evertree Inn, though)!
I see, that would make sense. Zveira has only about 27% determination, hence me aiming for friendly in the first place. Her deception ends up inadvertently increased when I choose certain other stats, so that could also work for me.
Yeah, that’s understandable; I kept putting off getting into the series since I had already gotten into Wayhaven and Samurai of Hyuga. So I’m a bit late to the party lol
Ahh, okay. Bummer lol
I will take that into consideration then.
Oh? You talked to Mary instead of Burrow? Even when I’m scantily clothed, he suggests I check on them (assuming I remembered to check the gold coin early on). But that makes sense XP
Oh I’ve tried talking to so many in different personas & in attire, so I honestly don’t recall all of the changes. (Unless Dandy/Daisy based ) I just noticed some folks respond differently based on how they percieved my MC by attire, not only by personality.
Moira the barkeep, for instance, seems to prefer me scanty over fancy.
Is it possible to bring Dandy/Daisy along to Sordwin without being his/her lover?
I really love his/her personality, but i’m not really keen to have sexual relationship with him/her. Maybe it’s possible to go to Sordwin together as friend?
I’m afraid not. Gunther is the only one who will travel with you as a friend (but you still have to accept his offer of working together).
At the end of Evertree, unless you make a commitment to one of the ROs, their lives take them in a different direction. Perhaps you will run into them again, but it won’t be on Sordwin
Does anyone else think Jewel is a bit of a condescending stuck-up bitch ? I don’t know if it’s just because I’m from Blackstone but, when I was having a conversation with her, I found her to be very rude and quite insufferable not to mention judgmental when she assumed I just abandoned my sister. Compared to the dryad, I didn’t find myself sympathetic to her at all.
Well definitely didn’t get a chance of hanky panky here
Never mind that. This book lives up to to the thrill! I just keep wanting more and more and I promise, if you watch me reading probably you will think I am watching a movie! Great work @ThomB this saga is surely on my favourite list. (Infinity series, lost heir series, hero series, Evertree saga) (community college series, psy high and grand academy of villains should also reach the mark after their next books respectively)I am ready with a lot of gift cards (for myself😜). Pls don’t stop and release the next book soon!
