That is so CUTE. ESPECIALLY Wen whose skirt looks like it’s too long for her. I reckon it does a better job sweeping the inn than her broom
Also, I don’t mean to interject but a certain well dressed, incredibly good looking half-elf seems to be left out. And she would be extremely disappointed that she’s the last to be invited to the party
Daisy Angry reminds me of the scene where she finds out you cheated, puts Winter to sleep for interrupting, starts exploding at you and you begin to wonder if her arsenal of spells contain any lethal ones
Absolutely ADORABLE chibis especially your MC. Green eyes go so well with the ranger outfit
I do love that moment where she casually flicks Winter to sleep! So many powerful spells seem to just slip from her; it makes me feel more certain there’s more to Daisy’s story I look forward to learning more.
I made the above angry moment with it in mind of her discovering you with a body in Isaria’s room [sadly, no chibi wine glass] at the Inn & kinda vs the dryad. There aren’t harps at chibfy.com, but here was I came up with for Isaria
I still haven’t gotten D putting Winter to sleep in that scene yet, though I always play with them as Dandy. Not sure if that has any affect, though. I definitely need to play & explore different paths more throughout both Evertree and Sordwin.
OH I know D’s reasoning for it and I’m familiar with her insecurities at this point. I was just pointing out another scenario for when D can knock Winter out.
Don’t be sorry, you were just explaining their reasoning for their behavior. At one point I was mad about their behavior especially since I humored them the first time and had a threesome with the sailor.
What I did love is if you didn’t do and chose to consider trying at the end they pretty much say no and want only you, that’s how it went for me though.
That’s funny cuz I cheated on her AND didn’t want to abandon the innocent people of Sordwin. She got angry over the cheating instead. I love that cuz it feels very realistic.
In my weak defense, I was 80% sure she was cheating when she wasn’t at the tavern especially after she invited someone into bed with us without asking first. I should have known it was part of her shenanigans to maintain an emotional distance as she held my MC tighter after I rejected the offer. An absolutely well written character
I honestly wish she would have broken up with the MC if they cheated and not forgiven them. I played a cheater route and it felt wrong, would’ve been better if they ended things and maybe you could see them again at the end or in the next book and earn their trust back.
Yeah, the cheater route totally made me feel like an asshole. I’m glad she was cold to you throughout and didn’t give you a chance to win her back until right before the final fight. Even then, she didn’t make it easy.
I think its fitting as it opens up a whole other can of drama regarding trust issues. Especially in book 3 where lux carries the theme “City of Secrets”.
“I’m not one who ended it so you should be talking to the one who did. There are plenty of mirrors downstairs.” That part gets me everytime.
I think I just got my favorite playthrough of Sordwin yet. I got quite a few achievements that I haven’t managed to get before. I made a few major choices that I typically wouldn’t, and ended up talking to Jewel a lot, too. When I said that I was in a relationship & she perked up and said “Is it written in the stars?”, that’s when I sort of had an “oh shit, I’m not sure if I can let her die this time” moment. This was the very first time I put an effort into actually trying to save her instead of letting her kill herself, and although I entered the final chapter with a pretty much 50/50 compassion/determination, it ended up being the first time I actually killed her myself instead of letting her do the dirty work. In fact, I finished the book with the highest % of determination I’ve ever gotten (it was over 80.) All-in-all though, it was a really good playthrough, and I got a great epilogue. I avoided the entire breakup conversation altogether & moved in with D. I was surprised, I slept with Winter & still got a great D ending, I had a 97 relationship with him in the end. I even stopped by the bookshop and read all about the kingdom and the different races within it.
How did you do that? I’ve always had to go through the breakup talk either due to cheating or trying to be a hero. The only way I could avoid it is by accepting some hanky-panky.
I’m curious, how did the conversation go if there wasn’t any breakup talk?
