Wow, really love the premise of the story. Reading the posts above me, definitely will be looking forward to making people smile, while avoiding smiling myself. On that topic (I’ve only skimmed the replies, so hope this wasn’t already asked 
) Can you get your soul stolen by another demon? What will happen to the souls that you already had stolen, do they get transferred to the new host? Just wondering! Good luck on your game, and on school work. I know how much of my time it eats up… it is ridiculous!
Im pretty sure we can bond with other demons, Blaze said he’ll try to add romances in the other thread because of me.
So is there anyway to stop the split personality revolt but keep your power?
I hadn't even thought about romance... I'm open to it though. It adds another enjoyable aspect to a game. I'll ask the obvious question then: Can you romance a mortal?

- Yes of course! I have a few planned clearly in my mind already, as well as some more general ones too.
- Yes I do have that planned too. There will be an instance early on in the game where this ‘mentoring’ is possible too.

@Caligae I plan to have different abilities assigned to different types of demons. You choose what you are at the beginning, and one of them will be a ‘mortal disguise’ as of such. I am also thinking about having you adopt these abilities from the consumption of other demons, and mortal souls to increase your own abilities. Not sure on that one yet though.
@BlazedStorm Not sure if these questions were asked before as I skipped through most of the forum,here are my questions.
1.Can you absorb the souls at will or anytime a soul opens up to you and the person smiles?
2.Does the person only need to smile for the MC to absorb their souls or do they have to open their souls to the MC or do they have to do both?
3.What’s the main point of the game?What are we fighting against or what are we protecting or what is the goal we strive for?
- Only when the soul is open to you.
- Smiling is more of a metaphor for the person shutting down their natural defences around their soul and fully trusting you, so much as a best friend or lover would. They would need to do this willingly for you to take the soul.
- At the start, you are content with harvesting the souls for your father, but as you go on and learn more about Viska’s schemes, you will have the choice to act against or for him. These ‘schemes’ will be discovered as you progress through the game.
