does it include : telling Juniper about Pipsy and Thunder? and how do we out Merle about them being a spy?
I never tell Juniper about them and I got them together twice on purpose. The club spy requires you to go to the arena and have at least… 2? or 3, I don’t remember the exact number, of clues. You can get those clues by talking to people about the spy and talking to Merle.
I thiiiink you have to participate in some of the robberies. For example: if you go with Fitzie to steal the letters and steal the pearl. Or if you have the theft scandal and later on you do the heist to show Valentine a good thief in action. Maybe there’s other ways to get the secret benefactor, but those work for sure I believe.

Just get them thinking about romance ~ Pipsy and Thunder are the ones that matter for this. Also, probably having cheats activated helps 
It lets you do anything, I really recommend it if you’re stressed about not getting an outcome you want.
I tried boosting my skills just a bit but that’s about it 
but I’m also worried about the authenticity of it ya know? + i’m horrible at reading social clues so that helps

I imagine my mc to be 20 and Fitzie 25-26 at the start (he has to have had some time to get fired from all those previous jobs after all).
In addition to Vyv and his studies there is the fact that I always like my mc pulling off the “gourmet” lemonade price-fixing scam and for that to really work my mc probably had to pretend to be even younger to make that really work and trade heavily on his pretty boy baby face there.

There are plenty of choices to get Thunder and Pipsy together during the dining and boxing rounds, so that’d help. There are also some small options scattered around the arena, like when you go to sabotage the Dormouses (Dormice?). I think your high Culture MC would do well to visit the radio man and sing a love song, dedicated to T & P. Although the low Culture result is also hilarious, and I couldn’t understand why it didn’t bring two lovers together.
One thing I noticed: I don’t know the exact numbers, but Thunder and Pipsy only seem to have their romantic moment during a specific time in the night, you can’t really ace all the checks after rounds one and two to instantly get the photo. I’m trying to rack the brain for options, so, if it’s in-character for your MC, you could try doing the arena start, try to get the spark between the two going, and then wait around, doing odd-jobs here and there, and then grab the photo.

Very. I do try to play to my mc’s strengths…most of the time.
I mean the game is really good at giving feedback on the mc’s actions and I did particularly like the incredulous face of the banker when you dump the lemonade stand proceeds in his lap…literally. 
Neither is price fixing…but eh, it works wonderfully. 
Besides bankers love money and apparently that afternoon selling lemonade netted quite a bit of it. Side note I don’t think my mc and Parsnip are necessarily the best influences on each other…on the other hand they are fun together.

. Well, after brain wracking and hair-pulling moments I managed to set the two together and took a picture of them together in one go. I just told Juniper about them since she likes my MC and set them up with the radio. Unfortunately, I missed out on the opera. I hope I can help all three do it with my next MC. .

From my experience, as long as the handball/member poaching negotiation in Chapter 3 goes well, you only need to participate in a single round at the arena for the Noble Gases to win. Similarly, helping Tabby out once in the News Press is enough to prevent any reputation-tarnishing. As much as I adore her, I tend to not visit the place at all if I were pursuing other interests/people.
The opera events are my favourite out of the venues available!
