Hello this is my first story, and it is in very early development so any feedback is more than welcome. I’m mainly here to see if this is worth pursuing or not.
Title: TBD
Story concept: As one of the only doctors left in the zombie filled world, you work for the military traveling around providing life saving aid and training to different bases. Before your next shift to another base, the base you were stationed at was attacked and raided by raiders. You are captured and forced to work as their doctor. Now you must decide: will you help those who harmed so many others?
Info:
-Determine if you stick to your morals as a doctor or not.
-Play as a non fighter character.
-During the raid you got trapped in a fire where you were injured. This affects how well you perform your job. Choose between damaged lungs, leg or hands.
-Start as peaceful, and non violent, and choose if you stick to that mindset.
-Learn more about the raiders and why they do what they do.
-Go on supply runs, try to escape or not, learn more about your new patients, make hard choices, manage your limited supply of medicine, or maybe even become an advisor to the leader.
Characters:
The leader: Every time you see her, she has been ruthless, and cruel, but behind her community’s own walls it’s a different story. She seems almost kind? To her citizens and raiders but more notably to you. Just who is the leader?
The Traitor: You recognize them from your travels as a doctor, they are the child of a high ranking officer, that is until they threw it all away and fell in love with a raider, then proceeded to run away with them. Now they stick around you, claiming it because they refuse to let you destroy their already fragile standing in the community, but you can’t help but think there’s a deeper reason.
The advisor: Where the leader is kind, it’s not such the case with this one, he hates you and the military and he makes that very clear. He is the right hand man to the leader and the mastermind behind the raids. Also the one who has the ear of the leader, and the one who advises her.
Note: I’m still working on their names.
