Congrats to everyone who submitted a game! I wasn’t able to participate, but this honestly looks like a great time, I’ll try to join in next year

I’ll find some time after the day ends to play all these games

Congrats to everyone, didn’t manage to finish mine.

If you end game today or tomorrow it goes in the honorary list. The only fact of trying is something to be proud of

Congratulations to everyone who participated, finished or not! This was a lot of fun and I’m looking forward to reading all the entries!

I had lots of fun writing for the jam, and I hope everyone else did too, submitted in time or not. I am looking forward to reading what everyone else has been up to!

Glad to see so many people got games in :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

@poison_mara is it worth starting a new thread with the poll on the top post to make the games easy for people to find? (It might get a bit lost if lots of people comment about them here?)

Dunno, maybe I will ask the staff to pin the thread

If I want to leave feedback (basically just talking about how much I loved the story, not actual feedback lol) for these games, what would be the best way to go about doing that? Would messaging privately on here be acceptable to authors, since there are no threads dedicated to each story?

Can’t speek for everyone, but I’m good with that for my entree.

To everyone that took part in this, congradulations! So amazing to see so many lovely IF stories be born in such a short time. Won’t lie – I’m still kind of recovering from the marathon sprint to finish and then fix as many bugs and typos as I could, but an amazing experience all the same. Going to rest up and read some of these this weekend – is it weird that I lowkey wish there was no vote? From the little bit I’ve peaked at so far, I don’t think I’d be able to decide on which to vote for. As far as I’m concerned, I think you’ve all won – bravo!

PM is the way, and authors love to hear from the readers, so don’t be shy about it.

@Zodac01 the reason why there is voting is multiple. In the first place, it helps people to read the games to vote. But more importantly, it helps writers to train for the real experience of publishing and being scored. It is never as brutal as the real market, but it serves as a way to emulate it.

On the topic of feedback, I was wondering if it wouldn’t be a good idea to use the ā€œ@usernameā€ tags in the entry headings, just so it’s easier to message the author? I can’t see any direct links once you’ve navigated to cogdemos, and on the forum you have to do a manual username search otherwise.
