This was awesome! I loved the slow buildup to the climax, the tension that kept growing until we reached the fight and MC finally got to rage! I could picture it in my head, you described it so well. I had a lot of fun and I can’t wait to see what happens next! Definitely worth the wait!

I really liked the story, the only thing I was impressed with was a story based on Ares, we don’t have Athena, she is literally Ares’ biggest rival.

I think one of my fav tropes in storytelling is “your past self doesn’t dictate who you want to become”, very ironically tied to what Kratos (the God of War lol) said to Atreus about how they don’t need to imitate the Gods that have existed.
And this story has already scratched that itch perfectly with the MC already having in their childhood a positive presence that contradicts everything they once were.
Can’t wait for my MC to continuingly suprise Zeusy boi (gal?) by actually trying to be a good person lol

This is so right up my alley I could cry. The premise is awesome, the writing is awesome and every character made me wish to learn more about them, great job!
Aphrodite actually liked it when I closed the door, I feel like we’re a match made on Olympus already xD
And I made a strong but stupid Ares, so obviously he knew nothing about Greece - I feel almost bad for de-escalating that creepy moment into awkwardness :'D Loved it though, and it escalated again very fast! Very atmospheric.

I’ll consider it, only thing bad about that is that I’d have to actively remember it for a lot of characters through the entire book/series. Which would be fun but easy to forget. For Riley’s scene at the start at least I could write something up easily though.
