@Bored4Eternity, I mostly chose the 20’s because it had an influx of archeological digs (if my research proves right). It would also of course have an effect on the technology available (no night vision goggles or cell phones) and some personalities.
I’m really surprised at how popular the Endless Waves idea is! I really thought it’d be close between Hazard’s Run and Sidewinder…
Having never seen waterworld, I would like to ask what time period the game will be based in.
In Waterworld?
At least long enough after the flood for Kevin Costner to grow gills and webbed feet, but not long long enough for people to forget about Dry Land.
In the game?
Maybe a century or two afterwards.

I’ve changed my vote to Endless Waves. I think it’s a solid idea and it’ll be easy to make it interesting.
Plus I always hang with the popular kids.

It sounds like you’re not that excited about the way the poll went. If so, damn the torpedoes and full speed ahead with the story you do want to do. Excited writers make for excited readers and if your heart’s in it then you’ll have fans regardless of the story theme or plot.

No, I like Endless Waves or I wouldn’t have put it as an option. At this point though, with a 14 point lead, I just find it funny you decided to give up your point to it.
