What it feels like being a regular on this fucking topic:
Well, Havenstone is trying his hardest to write XoR while still working his day job and I imagine spending time with his family. Sure, updates might be regular all the time, but when it comes to the quality and effort put into them, he has never let me down.

Aw. Thanks, V. You all keep this will from dying.
Anytime, Heavie. And you’re still the one who brought us this wonderful work.
He made a typo. When he said will, he meant to say WIP. That clear it up for you?
Lol, That has more sense. Like The word exists i never imagine a typo. This will is dead sounds like a strong phrase.
Hallo everyone can you guys give me a walktgrough for the 200+ followers to survuve manually ples i want my family sword i dont care about my fathers sword while also being a combat leader.
It’s all about the mules.
How detailed of a walkthrough do you want? 200+ followers is as easy as stopping the harrowing at the beginning, for my 560ish followers I can give you directions or hints depending on how much independance you want and how different your end goals are from mine (everyone wants more followers and money, but do you care about anarchy, comp/ruth, scep/devout etc.)
First of all holy sh!t 500!! How?? Now to my question honestly i dont care about the anrchy as long as in not a religious type of a Leader and being a combat leader-ish- ing
Well I could go much more detailed step by step in another post if you want, but a few general tips:
-Go with INT 1 rather than CHA 1.
-After the harrowing try to be merciful (disarm if possible/own flesh and blood options) It won’t work, and you will get your sword that you want
-Winter week one: scout for alastor mules and steal from yeomen ONCE. Use remaining manpower to scout now for any missions you want, use remainder on traps. Also either set up smuggling or steal mules from merchants. You can’t do both, and I highly suggest you don’t choose to do neither.
-Don’t forget to scout for the tax mission on week 2.
-Winter week three: Steal mules from alastors and scout temple/monastary for mules. Do with the rest of your manpower as you wish.
-Steal mules from priests at EVERY opportunity.
-Never send out a combat raid without leading it. Lead from the front always, both in combat and during the other 99.9% of the time. Always!
-You should be able to afford bare minimum rations for the healthy and full rations for the sick during all 10 weeks. If you find yourself reducing rations to three-fourths or less for healthy or minimum or less for the sick, something is wrong. Eat a healthy diet yourself to avoid bad things happening.
-During early weeks set up traps with your extra manpower. Once the traps are maxed (75 man-weeks of labor) use extra manpower in recruit missions. Lots of recruit missions.
-I understand there are some factions you are willing to piss off and some you aren’t, and that varies from person to person. Keep in mind that helots, yeomen, and the church can all be bought off later so even if they are on your ‘do not piss off’ list don’t be afraid to piss them off in the short term and make it up to them later.
-Lots of recruit missions!
-Sell all your mules on week 10. For now, that gives pretty much infinity money. Future update may change that.
To summarize: Lead every combat raid, many mules early as possible to avoid losses on second theurge attack (and first if you’re lucky), lots of recruit missions, substisance rations for the healthy and healthy diets for the sick.
No I want LESS and don’t care about money. My revolution is a mental and philosophical one . Could charisma and pacifism triumph against a military and overall omnipotent empire? Is it so omnipotent Karagon or Is a new Babylon?
Well like you say, gandhi did so why couldnt you… Except… Evil.
Money is useful even to you, Mara. Those bribes don’t pay themselves you know!
Bribes are the last resort of the unskilled liar. Mara is no such novice.
Bribes are the least I choose in role playing People who let themselves being Bribe are chikens. They always betray. I love The Rome don’t pay Traitors. They used them and them killed them. But she doesn’t bribe
You don’t throw silver at the slaves and pesants to make them love you?
No i have no money . I don’t raid i don’t steal i don’t anything.only smuggled with merchants and payment is in Barley. My mules are given to me freely. If i give in some weird playthrough money to yeomans is likea payment for the batley and mules they gave me before. But almost never because I have no money no more twenty or forty that came from sell rabbits and game pelts. I couldn’t bribe anyone.
Mules sell for 10 gold each. I know you have at least 6 of those.
