I am almost certain that you can’t tranfer divine essence through magical conception. Think Morrigan/Warden in Dragon age.

I wasn’t actually thinking magical conception when it comes to creating the MC, I was actually thinking of him donating the means to create the MC, which in case would mean no cheating needed.
Especially if Persephone agreed to it.
Though that is all I will talk about it on a public forum, in case some people find me speaking of it offensive in any way.

This, and I wasn’t sure if I would get flagged or not for saying it, so I wanted to hint at it as best as I could without right saying it.

Yeah I kinda guessed that. But since the gods are so attached to traditions and rules and honor, would they really use “magical conception/organic donation” to produce their children? Can they even do it?
Because their human body is just flesh. So their fluids are just fluids. Their Essence is their soul however. And your soul is not in your fluids.
Or maybe it is… where is @Rohie!

It’s my hopes though that it’s possible so that I can give Hades the benefit of the doubt on my MC’s conception.

@Rohie has said several times that is not needed sex in the god reproduction same there is no dna. However, I hardly doubt Zeus missed an opportunity to bang a young girl, or animals.

Not exactly. I said that DNA and birth among the Gods is a very complicated (and weird) thing. RE: Athena popping out of Zeus’s head. But Priscilla was human, so Hades couldn’t have just zapped half his chromosomes and half of Priscilla’s to create your wonderful MC.
In my version, if Hades is your father, then yes, he had sex with Priscilla Angelis. There’s no scapegoat; he did it, he’s guilty of infidelity. There’s no immaculate conception here!
