Born of Dust: Espien (Small Update 02/11/2017 - Check post 290 )

Index is next, then I’ll take a look at @ChimeraLord’s suggestions. I already watch Fairytail. I’m pretty up to date with that one.

I don’t mind Ecchi… sometimes. Didn’t know it had that classification. Since we’re sharing good anime: The Mightiest Disciple, season 1, 2 and the OVAs, Sekirei season 1 and 2, Ikki Tousen and Infinite Stratus are a few of my faves. Seems to be a theme of “perverted” things that go on in the world of anime lol.

Any other suggestions are welcome in the future if you feel like it’ll help with my character development. Thanks in advance everyone :smile:

What about Tokyo Ravens? Lol i know a lot

Well freezing is kinda off topic, bit they do have powers and extreme
close combat skills~ a stat in game is martial arts, now imagine
electrokenisis with a metal rod as a weapon ~ or any pure conducting weapon

The anime that I recommend is called Death Parade, It only has 12 episodes.

It does not have powers but it does have amazing character development.

I will copy and paste a description. :smiley:

“After death, humans are either sent to the void or reincarnated. But for some, at the instant of their death, they arrive at Quindecim, a bar attended by the mysterious white-haired Decim. He challenges them to the Death Game, wherein they wager their lives and reveal their true natures. Decim himself is the ultimate arbitrator of who wins and who loses, who will go to the void, and who will be reincarnated.”

Another anime that might help is The Irregular at Magic High

for sure @Zeus and sekirei lmao ~ there are a lot of new ones

@Hell_Satan, @ChimeraLord, @Wolfsra and @Zeus Thank you for your suggestions. I will get around to checking those out too. :grin:

regarding the cheat code setup, are you going to implement other rewards or just the extra powers thing?

Having electrokenessis is a cheat code~ it breaks the game without bugging
it out xD

Agreed seeing as you could do basically anything with electrokinesis.

Great update! Just wondering, about this part here:

Why is that though my character possesses precognition, she is unable to foresee the “blades of light” that slash through the air"? I mean shouldn’t the MC be the one pulling Katima to the ground instead of the other way round since the character has future sight?

Oh, will there be any sparring sessions with Sakeri? Considering that both the MC and him are under the Jag Linn twins, it would be interesting to see how the MC fare against Sakeri.

PS: Just a suggestion, perhaps the sparring session can be taken as an opportunity to increase certain stats. I mean, at least in my case, I treat combat/sparring sessions as a mean of deciding what kind of traits or skills I really want for my character. Maybe certain moves one choses during combat can increase certain stats.

When you and seikri are told to stand still, and you choose to ignore him, it leads to a fight.

Opps, no wonder…I didn’t pick that option haha. Thanks for mentioning it!

@TechDragon610 I was thinking about that myself. (Adding in extra parts as rewards for certain playthroughs). I’ll finish off the chapter then see what else might be good as an added bonus.

@Hell_Satan, sorry but probably nothing like that. I actually play through my WIP numerous times when I have code that requires the highest posible percentage of a stat, the average and lowest. Eg.

*if (variable >= 60)
You won without a struggle! An easy win.
*if ((variable <= 59) and (variable >= 40))
It was a tough fight, you eventually won but you’ve sustained a lot of damage.
*if (variable <= 39)
You gave it your all but they were too powerful. You were overwhelmed and woke up several hours after being knocked out.

If I did a booster like the one your asking it would throw off my codes like in the example ^^^ (like where your stats go up. It’ll probably bug out with the fairmath).

Thanks @ChimeraLord and @faewkless, I thought that too about electrokinesis.

@Keira, that’s a good point about the precognition for that part. I’ll amend that part.

After playing unnatural, turns out the codes aren’t that big of a boost, so it’s not gam breaking, but they give a little boost when you’re starting off and they allow your character to get a head start when they learn about the creature related to your code.

Ah okay. I might consider something like that then.

This game really started to get into the flow just as it finished! Annnnd I closed it before I got the password, oh well just have to play again.

Thank you, I’m glad it wasn’t boring (what’s there so far). I’m slowly plugging along. T_T" managed to give myself a bunch of bugs that I have to squash. We’re you able to have a go with the password?

I did! Electrokinesis is a lot of fun.
