I prefer that way… I think it’s more disruptive to the game play to constantly go to stats page than to have the message pop out when a stat changes.

I’m with this idea; making it a option for the players whether they want that stat pop-up or not. I don’t mind either way though.

I would love that because I’m big on min-maxing, lol. But I recognize that it could be disruptive to other players, so an option to turn it on or off sounds like a good middle ground.
Of course, I would be happy even without it because I codedive but alas, not everyone wishes to swim.

Next Character Q&A: May 3rd at 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Central Time.
This event will take place on the official tumblr. Just like the first Character Q&A I’ll be answering requests and asks addressed to all characters in the story! However, please refrain from sending in requests for this event until I publish the event start post!
Also another note, asks that include “All ROs” are most likely to be answered last or with very short answers during the event as I want to try to get to everyone I can and those take quite a lot of time. If you have specific characters in mind for a question you have and want a more detailed answer just sending those specific characters with your question is a way to ensure that I’m able to make it more detailed!

Hey! I legit loved it??? Like, I had become so invested and when it ended I was soooo disappointed:pensive:
I loved how it was super customizable and how there are so many different options??? Like, I felt like every option mattered??? There’s only one thing I didn’t get Ig??? In the beginning how did Caleb find the store/ why did they go there? I think that’s not that clearly explained but other than that it was perfect??? Like, it was so good I had forgotten that. It definitely doesn’t feel like a WIP!! Congrats

Omg I love this WIP sooo much that I just had to make an account to participate in this thread! I’ve spent the last couple of days scouring the tumblr and I’ve just binge read this forum bc I was so worried that something had happened. Glad to see it’s still going though! You can expect me to go into fanart overdrive once I finish my finals! (My boy Mercury needs some love lol)

Announcement Regarding Potential ROs
After a lot of consideration, I’ve come to the decision to include all of the potential ROs as permanent ROs. I’m just too attached to them and how their relationships grow and develop but more than that I feel like not including them would be doing all of you, myself, and them as characters a disservice.
I know it’s going to add more of a workload but that’s something I’m willing to tackle. I started this project with something like a puzzle in mind and each character I made was a piece of it; each one plays their own integral part and I feel like cutting off pieces of their content is like cutting those puzzle pieces in half.
But even more than that, I know people have gotten attached to the potential ROs just as much as I have. I want everyone to have the opportunity to let their MC’s story play out the way they want it to, romance included.
I know I’ve rambled a bit but I wanted to get this out there!

The patron is determined by what jewel we choose right?
The Patron is determined by the color that is taken; pretty sure the stone itself stays the same aside from that change (from the last I remember).
Edit: Seems to be the case.
It’s the necklace, the black cord wrapped tightly around your white-knuckled grip with the crystal sitting plainly in your hand; though the stone is no longer clear. Instead it burns bright with the color-
And here are the Patron’s the colors determine.
Lapis blue. Staring at the stone you feel a strange sense of mischief flow through you and taste heavily sought after gossip on your tongue. Mercury
Emerald green. The longer you look at the stone the more powerful you feel. You feel like a leader, like a commander of an army, like one who could oppose chaos incarnate and come out on top.Horus

Your patron will become an eventual RO in case you wanna check out the rest.
I’ve checked the list of patrons, which now that I think about are we stuck with our patron or do we eventually meet the rest of the panteon?
You’ll meet the rest, but your stuck with the one you choose and can’t romance a god that isn’t your patron.

Hmm, seems I have manage to miss this. Really enjoyed it, quite an emotional story, cannot wait to see where it goes.

Wow… Just… I love your writing style, and on top of that, it’s so intriguing. I haven’t felt this way about a book, let alone an IF in quite a while :o Will definitely be keeping tabs on this one.
