I think the guy from the lab is there too. I also have a question, will there be more groups that openly want to harm us and other groups like the Silverthorne? It’s that I feel that if there are no interactions with people who want to hurt us, I feel useless the ability to be intimidating in a group where we want to be decent with other survivors.
Are you sure about Murphy? I wasn’t able to trigger any scenario where he came back with us, though it might be because I had Reilly. It was admittedly annoying that I couldn’t override Reilly and make sure the scientist came back with us.
Will the story end would be at same point in public beta version and released as well for example my story ended with my mc escaping bunker safehouse with an amazing bullet proof car while my senior offered air support and i told my friends about my secret mission of marking all the safe zones as far as my memory goes at this point game ended is there more in released version???
Pls help
I’ve managed to keep Reilly from killing Murphy by having my MC being leader of the group, having a high leadership stat, and choosing the option that commands him not to do it. That may be other factors in play, but it worked.
So if i get birth pill control jillian won’t get pregnant?
No, there was no notice that I found in-game that I had to do so.
Go into the first room and look through the desk drawers. Have a light source so you can read the instructions on using the chamber. Strip, enter the chamber, start the process and then you’ll have the option to put on the hazmat suit.
Thank you! I’ll try that next play through.
Hi, does anyone know the skills stats for Fred, Sean, and Billie? I’m trying to figure out who to train as a medic for the infirmary. If you have a suggestion for assignments for science lab, infirmary, and others I’m open to suggestions!
For setup or staffing? I don’t think you can assign people to staff just yet. Also, Woody is a pretty good medic (and one of the teens we meet is a med student) , having a lot of practical medical knowledge and herbal lore.
Ok, thanks for the info!
I think there’s a minor bug while visiting the store with Reilly. If you manage to trick Sharif into letting you in with the intent of robbing him afterwards, he will still act as if he knew even though he shouldn’t.
Loved part 3! Oooh boy things are getting very complicated especially with Silverthorne, hopefully peace is an option in the end and maybe we can work with Faulkner since he seems like a good guy, liking all the alliances I’ve built so far with groups like Red Mamba and Riverdogs, it’ll be very interesting to see how all these different factions end up intersecting and affecting us.
I really hope Rachel is just sick from like the flu and recovers, better not lose my favourite character… well aside from Ray. Speaking of, the impromptu… self care session was hilarious, I like how we accepted that whole situation like it was normal and went along with it, best romance option as always.
Sucks to lose some members, I never wanted to keep the pandemic from Eli and if we didn’t maybe we could’ve avoided the whole thing.
The morale loss is certainly very high as others have pointed out, and I think that Drake was supposed to mention to Thelma that we have an alliance at the museum but didn’t for me.
I had to be careful when assigning tasks cos I forgot to plan junkyard improvements and you don’t get to reassign anyone to jobs after you’ve gone to the screen once, didn’t mean to have like 7 people on free time…
Too bad I can’t get the hazmat suit before encountering Murphy, would’ve been interesting to see what he would do if he can’t gas me. Nice to see my boy Sean return, went from thinking I’m a badass in part 1 for killing a zombie to it being a normal thing for him now.
Feels like I’m writing an essay so I’ll stop here for this post lol.
@JimD Just wanted to report a small bug I ran into. Assigning roles for the day, something that does not consume an action, can not be selected again to change roles after having clicked it. To be specific, I mean assigning for jobs like hunting, scavenging, chores, and so on, not picking special roles like quartermaster or cook.
So I ended up a zombie
welp guess I lied to my nephew about coming back.
Not necessarily, maybe you’ll come back as a zombie, never give up hope!
I wonder when we will be able to assign shifts to staff buildings rather than simply setting them up. I know it’s more to code and might be in Part 4 rather than Part 3, but I would like it a lot if my vegetable garden (and greenhouse, and chicken coop, and farm plot) became productive.
Misclicked and accidentally became a zombie in the glass enclosure, which admittedly was quite funny to me. I’m somewhat used to frantically going through all my choices again across all choicescript games because I made a decision I’ve regretted, but I do miss checkpoints for just how many events there were prior to it-- Which I’m thankful for, but it’s a good bit of clicking. A skill issue on my part, I suppose.
That said, fun part all around so far, the growing number of other factions beyond the Silverthornes has been interesting, and while I’m already set on this playthrough, it’s also nice to see another teenage character. There was mention of another at the train depot (I forget their name) but is that optional content I’ve missed within part 3 or someone yet to be shown at the furthest point I got? Or perhaps someone already dead. Have yet to successfully incapacitate murphy before Reilly does that permanently..
@JimD
Typo in chapter 9.
“He shouldn’t get to eat then. He’s not in a five-star hotel. He’s in prison. If he doesn’t eat, I don’t care. Eventually he’ll get so hungry, hell eat chicken shit if we give it to him.”
He’ll
i know that if jaime or rachel were leader their progress toward improvements would be slower but i feel like they’re way too slow i’m not sure about rachel but in my playthrough jaime only reinforced the gate and that’s it. It makes me feel like the only competent leader is me
