Unlikely. Jillian has doubts but given that this event only occurs for male MCs, it’s either the MCs or Pseudocyesis.

Speaking of, @JimD I played the pregnancy story route with and without an infirmary but experienced no difference. I had to code dive to see what I was missing.

I didn’t have any issues. Did with the infirmary first, then without. Saw both ‘sides’. Hard thing is that the truth is it’s Lyles. Now, if Jim wanted to edit or add that the time was 3-4 weeks possibly, then it could very well be a possible we are the actual daddy. Where it stands now though, little bummed I ain’t the actual daddy, but still will love and cherish that child as my own, and very likely will be going to her for another. xD -Loves Milfs and Cougars too much-
Although, she’s theorized to be around 4 weeks along. Considering that’s a rough estimate and MC would’ve been with her for around 3 weeks, I’m not certain it’s entirely conclusive to conclude who’s daddy.
Meh, I’d prefer if it were ambiguous. I do wonder how/why FeMCs avoid the situation though…

Yeah… Honestly, Jim should add that for FemMCs on that route as well, just to add a little spice there. Would be great for two/three (Gina with the tag team) ladies taking care of a baby.
It’d have to be Lyles given the timeframe. Pregnancy is actually over 9 months closer to 10. MC hasn’t known her long enough for it to be possible

3 weeks, according to the in game timeline. Likely during that night they spent in at our place.
Man that’s a shame. I really liked the Jillian route too. Ah well, there are new Ros being introduced anyway.
Current game end time is 21 days since the outbreak started so it’s impossible for it to be the MCs. That’s what I was getting at with timeframe

Although it is a zombie survival story so we don’t need 100% accuracy BUT a panic reaction regardless of the plausibility would rate high on the realism spectrum too lol and create a lovely heartbreak/relief/indifference/etc choice route

For me, my canon MC is fine with it, if not a little bit bummed not being the real possible father. But will love the child none the less, while hitting it and not quitting it.

I concur. Genes be damned, the kid is still mine as far as my MC is concerned… also having step relatives irl made it clear to me that blood doesn’t make family.
