I know that that’s why I hate he uses his physical to grab Mara around and abusing the crap of his size.
He is HYPOCRITE blah blah blah we should not use violence and trust each other he says…
Then repeatedly goes against voting results and use physical power to going against his own vote and negate everyone their loot including Parker insulin.
To a certain degree yes it has to do with the MC committing actions that don’t line up with Jamie’s morality(usually decisions made in a Raider or Serial killer playthrough). I think it’s pretty annoying how the MC doesn’t say or try to do anything about him physically restraining them especially if the MC isn’t the type to tolerate their leadership or decisions being questioned in the first place. It seems like it goes against their personality if the player has been making it clear that they want their orders followed to the letter and then, Jaime gets mad and feels the need to stop the MC from making a decision or doing something that he doesn’t approve of and MC has no comment about Jaime stopping them. Just, oh that happened move on. Really? the MC is willing to kill Parker for running away from a fight and anyone else they see as a liability and beat Reilly into submission for questioning the usefulness of hand to hand combat but is willing to let Jaime manhandle them with nothing to say whatsoever.
I’m sorry but I hope your theory doesn’t turn out to be true as it relates to the characters we create being afraid of him because he’s taller than they are. Especially if you take into account the number of skills our MC’s can have and how one could easily just shoot him the damn knees or cut him up with a sword if they couldn’t actually physically fight him(which most people couldn’t). If I found out my bandit/serial killer or just ruthless MC was afraid of him because of his height I would be so disappointed especially since I think that would undermine the MC’s strength as a character. For instance my military captain turned Mercenary doesn’t take crap from anyone and would easily leave the group to die if it meant his nephew Henry would survive. How would a fear of Jaime’s height not damage the vision I have for my MC and not to mention ruin the progress of his overall agenda because they were afraid Jaime would get mad and restrain them ?
It’s just one of a million theroys I would be mad if my special forces one charcaters were afraid of him. Also it would make no sense since my main mc has superior hand to hand combat
I’m genuinely surprised Jaime could be like this, all my interactions with him were “Hey, don’t worry about it best bud I’m behind you %120” or “That’s not how I would’ve done it, but I guess that’s why you’re the leader”.
Since I tend to skim through the 1st part I forget that Dillan might’ve made an impact on him.
I guess with a low relationship he just starts to think you’re becoming just like Dillan and doesn’t want to go through it again, but if we have high enough skill or attribute I don’t think he should be able of holding us back. @AgentJordaan123 I could be wrong but from what I gather from these posts, you don’t even get to think like that, it just happens and you move on.
Without choosing whether or not to reprimamd him.
If he does leave chances are atleast Rosie and Driver will go with him.
He says don’t be like Dillan if you threaten to kill Kent and the family in the grocery store. So, that seems to be confirmed or suggested at least.
Yes especially if you have a high hand to hand skill, it doesn’t make sense to me that Jaime is allowed to restrain the MC without any retaliation against him. Or at least a verbal comment from the MC about his actions.
I have a another theroy the why Mc dose not retaile or kills him. They may think Jamie maybe a asset to the group. So if the mc dose something to make him upeet he might try to kill them or leave the group. Since in the news letter it said people will leave the group if you make them upset I would not be surprised if Jamie was one of these people
I would think that the MC’s that want him dead would most likely be raiders who’d think Jaime would be more of a threat to their leadership style/way of life rather than an asset. Also, if he did want to leave the group I doubt a bandit MC would be sad he left, because it means they don’t have to come up with a lie about how Jamie died.
Nope I don’t like Jamie at all I’m just thinking like other people who may like him. like my cousin who who also reads the book some of the things I say are from his point if view.
I hope Jaime will go away, Mara will make a party and he will get surprised Lead to the brain as a gift. Because he can’t go all merry away from us. As I don’t trust him he will make a gang and use his knowledge about us to fight us and conquering us. He already physically restrained twice the person who saved his ass two days prior.
For me Jaime has to die in most painful way possible GO RESTRAIN YOUR MOTHER ASSSHOLE
I think its unfair for only hating jaime for his behavior if he got relationship with us. It’s something natural to go and fight again someone who don’t have same principles as yourself. Secondly jaime only became like that if we become serial kill or/and a merciless raider in our playthrough, so we have a part on the situation. Third you should see what Rachel do if she got low relationship with the mc, it’s worse than jaime.
That’s totally false. I vote raiders by unanimous vote.
i did not killed shit in many playthroughs he Behaves exactly same in the moment you are a raider he is pure shit. HE VOTE FOR RAIDER THEN WHHHYYY ARE YOU RAIDING? We are not raiders he says.
He must be drunk the voting day i swear
That’s i don’t know. I never get unanimous vote and my relationship with him never good. Also don’t need to use all capital words. I still can read without the all capital words and we understand your statement.
Is not shouting is a way of empathizing the frustration. Is the classic use of capital letters since Rome. I don’t follow the instructions internet invented ten years ago just because. It is also talking in character It was not aimed at you Sorry if you felt that t way
