I’m so excited to read more! Some of my favourite portrayals of Artemis were when the author took creative license to insinuate she was into girls (like the webcomic Punderworld or PJO fanfiction about her and Zoe, although I’ve also found some stories about her and Orion to be compelling as well) and I’m looking forward to being able to romance her!

Exactly. Heck, in lore Zeus is stronger than all the Olympians combined…but if someone wanted to write a fight with him and Poseidon where Zeus barely won or even loss I’d be hype to read it.
I mean thor and loki being brothers is widely accepted yet not even SLIGHTLY accurate to lore.

Not all her children were the god/goddess of something bad. Hemera goddess of the day, Aether god of the upper sky, and Nemesis goddess of retribution weren’t bad.
Yea but the ones that mainly resides in the underworld were, like Thanatos, Phobos, Moros, Oizys, Eris, Keres, and Apate
Well it’s actually a spectrum. Some people.who identify as asexual may still have the desire to have sex, but not experience sexual attraction. Some however, do experience sexual attraction, though only marginally and even then only to select individuals.
I concur, what is the harm? I personally would like to have an RO with no sexuak tension.

hi! mc’s background will not be mentioned and will be entirely left to the imagination of the readers. that means that you can make them a god(dess) of blood and it will not affect the story in any way. hope this clears it up!

Nice start!
The MC felt like a human nobody rather than a child of Nyx. The lack of any background or godly abilities shown also takes all the meaning out of their supposed heritage. I liked the premise at first, after playing the demo though… I don’t feel much.

Great start! I’m definitely intrigued by the premise. I have my thoughts on the ROs but I’ll keep them to myself; I generally feel that the writer’s approach should be respected as long as it’s not harmful. Especially in mythology where there are many, many versions and local ritual practices. I get the point about representation too, of course.
I’m most curious about the diplomatic mission part of the premise and what switching sides would look like — would it be like betrayal or would it be like defecting? Hades doesn’t seem like the nicest person in your portrayal, after all.

I love your wips and I am a huge fan a Greek lore. There could be a case where Athena is asexual but There are legends about artemis falling in love with a hunter and Apollo tricking Artemis into killing him before there romance could even start. Apollo was jealous of that hunter because the hunter was taking Artemis attention. (forgot what the hunter name was)
