Just a thought bouncing around in my head but Pele can lose an arm and remake it from the earth so they could say “I’m this old but this arm is this old” this fact is pointless in the greater scheme of things but I wanted to share my dumb thought =]

@DrDense I got two suggestions for you if you ever gets bothered by the pacing of the game and you want to work on newer stuffs faster. (REMINDER! THIS IS ALL A SUGGESTION! I DON’T WANT ANYONE TO YELL AT ME!)
The first suggestion is permanently removing enough of the origin paths to where you only have a few to work on but there’s still more than one origin paths to pick (probably like 4 for example) and complete the game like that (and it would be up to you whether you want to bring back the removed paths via DLCs in the future).
And the second suggestion is similar to the first suggestion but this time you’re temporarily “locking” them instead to work on a few and when you have developed enough content, you can unlock them later and while it’ll still take a while; it’ll surely be faster since you’ll already have something like a railroaded path for the base structures of their chapters and you’ll still be able to add contents unique to them without have to change the basic structures that makes up the chapters much.
And regarding which paths to remove or keep. You should limits the paths to like 4 origin paths and you can pick ONE path that you want to work on the most and the rest can be decided based on popularity polls on which paths players wants to keep the most.

Basically, yeah. Because I’m sure that even the author is getting a little or somewhat irritated with how long it’s taking just to get to Chapter 3. Yeah, the only origin left now is Lucifer but it still took this long since the demo was released to even get to this point. I don’t hate it. I love having all these origin paths but I feel the second suggestion I mentioned would work well for the time being until the author has released enough content to focus on the rest of them. Like maybe Chapter 5 or 8 probably. The only other way this could go even a little faster is if the author got some people helping them. And if they already do, if they get even more people.

Yeah, while I understand that the author wants for all people to enjoy their favorite fables, perhaps it would be better to focus only on one at a time.
Matter of fact. I’m gonna post a poll here just for fun cause I want to see what the players would pick IF the second suggestion was implemented and we get to choose 3 out of 7 origins paths would we want the author to focus on. The author would still be able to choose the ONE origin path that they keep no matter what so it would be 4 all together. Edit: I’m also voting just so y’all know.

Exactly! And I don’t want them to have to think about giving on this good game in the future because they got swamped with too much of it. Basically, I don’t want what happen to Dragon Racer to happen to this. Idk the details but I remember hearing that Dragon Warrior got canceled because that author realized that the world building in Dragon Racer was pretty messed up with a bunch of plot holes and because they would have to go back and fix all of that along with developing Dragon Warrior, they decided to abandoned the whole project cause then it would have been way too much work at that point. I’m fine with someone correcting me if I remember something wrong about that.

I’ve never played the Arthur path since its gen-locked, is it any good?

Very. I still prefer Wukong, Pele and Zeus though. You got one that’s a Beast with techniques, one that’s almost a literal incarnation of power and one that’s basically a Burning Godzilla any day, everyday.

I do wonder which origin does DrDense favor though.
Pele, Wukong, and Lucifer are my favorite routes. Still waiting for Luci’s combat scene though, and all the fun “OMG you’re Lucifer” revelations that will come. Though I do enjoy Ishtar’s route mainly since I enjoy the mythology behind her and the fact she was in Star Gate. What’s his face, Ruby? surviving Pele’s city destroyer was a surprise though.

That was way more than a city destroyer. I’m surprised his fire resistance was high enough to not get instantly vaporized by the miniature sun Pele flung at him.

. Let them finish everything, as they are doing currently, yeah? That’s not actually going to cause anything to hasten towards conclusion…it’s just moving the problem around, pointlessly.
