What genre would you like to see?

Every time I think of trying my hand at a life sim CoG, I think of Alter Ego. :slight_smile:

Why is it scaring you? London is the perfect city. I envy her citizens very much.

-mumble grumble Murica-

As a native of Ye Olde England I can tell you that London is awesome, if maybe some areas you want to be wary of. I’m hoping to get down for another visit later this year and see the Tower or the Globe.

@Proff As a layman of London, I can safely say that I find your envy to be queer and unnerving. It is urban, overpopulated, dismal, smelly, and full of libertines and tourists.

Every time I hear someone request a steampunk game, I have to try exceedingly hard not to give away plot elements of SoI’s sequels…

@Drazen
So is Vancouver. You just have better statuary and lower rent.

@Cataphrak Oh that’s the technological leap you mentioned… Excellent!

Why are you commenting, and not writing? Arbeit macht frei!

@Drazen
This *is* my break dammit! Kraft durch freude!

Hey, does anyone else here remember Redwall by Brian Jacques? Or maybe you’ve played Mouse Guard, the tabletop RPG?

I think a CoG where you play as a mouse in a mouse kingdom would be pretty rad.

Choice of the Rodent! I’d be all over that…

I would rather be a rabbit than a mouse. I never could get into Redwall.

Totally anthropomorphic rabbits, Redwall-style? Or just the rather more sentient, chatty animals of e.g. Watership Down and Duncton Wood?

Watership Down style, with the whole rabbit mythos, and the warring warrens.

What about a Redwall-spinoff … with toads? Aren’t toads a big thing? I know my grandmother collects everything she can find that is related to toads.

CoG clearly hasn’t done enough to target her demographic.

And has another Mafia game risen from the ashes of Vendetta’s project? Someone needs to get ON that - like, now.

Any sort of anthropomorphism utilizing CoG would be very interesting!

@Proff I must say I’m still holding to the hope that some day he’ll return, with Rise of a Gangster in tow.
Anyone who tries to follow up from his game has got an absurdly high benchmark… :confused:

I sure wish he’d come back. We need a really strong 1930’s gangster game.

I agree, Vendetta and also that Robot Revolution based game someone did, I forget who.

Zombie Survival would be nice, CoZ is nice and ZE is incredible, I’d like to see another. I always like good Sci-Fi and Medieval Fantasy as well. Maybe a futuristic game would be nice, I can’t remember playing any from the top of my head.

True not many futuristic games other then that one…that I can’t think of right now…never mind…
