he works on it, he works part time in a post office but he will work on it
Oh, okay. I just replayed 1 and 2, and thought that it mentioned a 3. Nice to know it wasn’t dropped.
I work full time in a post office
@GhostofGrief Don’t worry, it’s being worked on. At the moment I’m putting the very finishing touches on the DLC for my latest game, Parliament of Knives, but when that’s done Werewolves 3 is getting my full attention.
Not at the moment, sorry. I want to be able to focus on the current relationships, and with the way I like to expand on them, 5 is already quite a bit for me to handle (Bly, Dena, Jolon, Kotori, and Tiva)
That’s something I meant to put in and then took out for some reason. I honestly don’t remember why. I’ll look into it when I’m doing my re-reads while writing Werewolves 3.
That’s a flattering comparison! It’s what I was going for–sometimes there are no truly good options in life, and we have to judge what choice will do the least damage. It makes the choice harder in a lot of ways, when there are drawbacks and mortal quandaries.
im sorry for not paying attention to your letter, may a werewolf will rip me apart
Lol, no worries–I’m not sure if I ever specified in the letter!
i think you did and now i got unwanted attention feels shy
Wait, Parliament of Knives? The VtM one?
THATS GETTING DLC?! If so, you just unintentionally dropped even more hype into that answer.
Parlament of Knives is such a good game/book even his option of Qui in his letter was quite interesting and informative
how to repel Rivera forces ?
Hello! New to the site so not too sure which category this would go under, hopefully I chose the right one?
Anyways, I was wondering how to get a really high Intimidation stat in Werewolves: Haven Rising + Pack Mentality ^^
I think you should train with Jolon on that one.
Wonder how Chapter 3 is going.
It’s in progress. The opening few chapters have taken a long time to write because the endings from Werewolves 2 were so different from each other that getting them back together was rough. Plus, in chapter 1 I wanted to give time to visit all the cast again and have moments with the ROs. So it’s a bit ‘bloated’ in word count, but not in player experience.
The prologue alone is around 65k words, which is a little over the top, but was necessary to get all threads on the same page.
Speaking of ending, how do I get the ending with the scientist?
So my MC died in the first book but when I start the 2nd with that same save it let’s me play that character. Is that a bug or does it eventually explain why my character is actually not dead?…
Book two will always start on a specific path even if you have played another path.
It’s a small oversight since there is nothing in the code that flag character as “dead”. And because it’s one of possible endings of the game you get the option to save it.
That’s not true at all. There are several different ways in through the prologue. For example, if at the end of Werewolves 1, you escape with Williams, there is a whole section of you fleeing with him to an HSM base. If you end as Rivera’s prisoner, you end up in her operating room recovering, etc…
I actually didn’t realize that the death scene has the save code added to it. You shouldn’t be allowed to save after dying.
I’m honestly in awe with just how well written this turned out to be. I’ve gone through multiple play through but haven’t genuinely posted my honest review about it. And i don’t have much to say as the amount of playthroughs has really intrigued me a lot with the different possibilities and endings.
Firstly I really want to express the fact that the storyline is DOPE AS HELL. And I am eager to see what the book no. 3 brings
Secondly, and my only problem is that I just wish there was more of a connection between characters who are friends. Mainly with their deaths when it comes to it,
such as Jolon, before he died the MC built up a good chunk of the relationship bar (no romance) and when the MC couldn’t save him, they just decided to toss the fact that he died without any sense of there being any option to mourn throughout the game.

I guess my problem is just that it sucks there isn’t anyway to acknowledge or bring up the fact that someone important isn’t really there no more since reading this and developing that relationship also gotten me to feel that way.
Overall, its good writing with so many endless possibilities, but I’m hoping there are more smaller details and actions the MC and the rest of the side character can do.
Question! Does anyone know if the third game is currently in the works? I think i recall the author saying there would be one. But, i dunno if there been any news on it.
