"Werewolf: The Apocalypse — The Book of Hungry Names"—Unleash Rage and wield spirit to heal the land and rebuild your fallen pack

Ok. Thank you.

“a line” An email?

Any rough estimates even if broad as to how far away this update will be?

And also how many chapters onwards do these implementations/fixes take place? I just started a new playthrough and am on like chapter 2.

If it isn’t that far off and it’s all like chapter 5-6 onwards I can probably wait for the full release as I get through it at a fairly slow rate.

Does anyone know how to get the “Mods! Mods!” achievement? How do I rat out a fellow Glass Walker?

I haven’t unlocked it yet, but I have a theory on how to get it

Summary

When you go up against Daphne Clear (as early as chapter 8 if you take on GRC Media first), there’s an option to deal with her that has you beseeching Spider (the Glass Walker Patron Spirit). My guess is that you have to defeat her this way while being a Glass Walker yourself, because you’re tattling on another member of your tribe

Again, just a theory, can’t vouch for it

For the poly stuff in the new DLC/update, is it a full throuple, or a “V” situation?

From my Podge x Elton playthrough, yeah it’s a full throuple.

Aw that’s cute, thank you. Right now I might want to do Elton and Nin, though I currently have only one point for Elton after recruiting Nin (oops). Have already flirted with him though before the mission. If I can get it to raise while recruiting Podge/Melodie I’ll go for it, otherwise I’ll just romance Nin, who I have all five points with currently.

Correct. As a Glass Walker (you have to be Glass Walker), summons Spider when you encountered Daphne in GRC Media.

Also

You can get her gun by negotiating with Daphne (pick the second option when you were faced with how you want to deal with Daphne) if use “Humans Must Pay” but if you are not a Glass Walker the gun is unusable. I, however, has yet to be tried with the Glass Walker Tribe.

Any updates on when the bug fixes will be pushed to the non-beta version of the game?

The updates just dropped in Steam a few hours ago.

Yup! Let me know about any more bugs!

I was wondering if there would ever be an opportunity for a DLC where you could work those 3 jobs that are offered but unavailable, either have or have the opportunity to gain a drivers license and a car as it feels like a great opportunity for your character, and maybe this is a stretch but being able to earn the gifts without having to meet conviction requirements or having to have room based off composure and resolve making your character overpowered as sometimes i enjoy that.

I don’t think much of that is likely to happen. It would be great if all kinds of things could happen in the game, but there have to be guardrails somewhere - the game is already so massive as to be a little unwieldy, and there has to come a point where it’s just allowed to stand as it is, especially since the author has other projects he cares about (at least one of which, I believe, he’s already under contract for).

Learning to drive isn’t particularly farfetched (although fleshing out three entirely new job paths very well might be too much to ask), but I really don’t think the requirements to earn Gifts are going to be relaxed. This game was never intended as a power fantasy, and the themes of sacrifice and struggle and having to make hard decisions about what you’re willing to do to become who you want to become aren’t just flavor text, they’re baked into the mechanics of the game itself in a very deliberate way.

That makes sense and i know he has other priorities so i felt maybe if he had time and there was no rush to do it. I also felt like it could be like a fun easy mode as Iron Mode is the hard mode that could kill your character if not careful. And you know all the extra stuff could be a DLC that is paid for. Kind of like a cheat mode. Not the jobs or license but having access to gift would kind of be like a cheat mode. Not to say get rid of convictions as they work perfectly against fighting the Answering Tiger

Hi. I love the game but I need some help. I bought all of the add ons. I do need some help however. How do I join the Glass Walkers, Red Talons, and Silent Striders?

Explore the urban blight after adding Podge to your pack, and you’ll find an opportunity to pledge yourself to Spider.

After your pack is complete, you’ll get an opportunity to pick up some extra work helping Lucinda Palys sell antiques. In her shop, you can find some items that you can use when you explore the sacred sites to join the Red Talons or Silent Striders.

So I have to wait to join tribes till then?

The soonest you can join a tribe is after Ch4, and you can join any tribe at that point other than the Red Talons or Silent Striders.
