What stats must I have in order to betray and kill Vivian in the house of Arundel ?
I’m new to the CoG universe so I must ask, will the DLC be a separate game or an update of my current game?

It’s not a separate game, but it’s not an automatic update the way the upcoming Out for Blood content will be. You do have to purchase it in order to be able to play.

Ohh I got it! Thank you very much! Wishlisted it already on steam, but I was wondering, will it be available in the play store too?
I confess that I bought the base game it both on PC and smartphone, but haven’t touched the PC version since then, playing only on my phone.
It won’t be available in the Play Store the way it is on Steam, with its own page where you can add it to your wishlist. If you want to buy it via Google Play, you have to have either the omnibus app or the Parliament of Knives individual app, and make the purchase inside the app. (That’s what I’m going to have to do, since I didn’t start buying games on Steam for about another month after I bought Parliament of Knives, and Steam won’t let you buy add-on content for games that aren’t in your Steam library.)
For the record, you don’t have to purchase a game twice if you want to play it in more than one place. Buy it on Steam, then send your Steam receipt to support@choiceofgames.com and they’ll add it to your CoG site account, from which it can be restored in the mobile app or omnibus.

Got a small bug when talking to Lucca in chapter 5:
Does she really believe that she has Malkavian Blood running through her veins like she suggested during Qui’s council meeting?
For me, the conversation referenced didn’t take place during the council, but after.

I’m currently playing it via the CoG’s app, I’ve linked my CoG acc with my steam acc, do my achievments transfer to steam or I’ll have to play it on PC to have the trophies?
I didn’t even know it was possible to link your CoG and Steam accounts, so I don’t know what exactly transfers
Achievements don’t transfer. And nothing transfers to Steam.

Does linking accounts mean purchases made on Steam would transfer to my CoG account automatically, without having to forward my receipt to the support address?
I believe so - there’s a “Restore Steam purchases” link on the website that loaded all the games I own on Steam. I can’t play them due to errors in Firefox (I emailed support and they’re not planning on fixing the particular error anytime soon) so be mindful of that if you intend to play on the web.
Click the Restore from Steam option.

Each of the Vampire games were good in their own right. I’m curious if there’s going to be another round. The World of Darkness and Choice script concept go very well together. Parliament of Knives in particular is a really good example of this.
