Well am not really one biting hand that feed, even if my MC is dead because of the God, my MC can die in many different scenario it’s just happen a higher being is interested.
I find it no use to hold grudge about that, at least MC is alive now, more concerning problem is the war currently brewing that could put MC dream at risk.
I understand this like giving Tanya the evil vibe but I am not really as bitter as Tanya for whole being killed, reborn and send to another world thingy, I am more interested in getting stronger and stronger so I could do what I want in this new world because from what I seen so far might makes right in this world, at least in the Empire.
Why antagonize God when he do help us? Even if he make use of us it’s not like he left us alone aimlessly.

Well he is the cause of our death and he did so to use us in this world for his own ends so im inclined to stick it to him at some point dont care if he is a super powerful enity. He is the reason were in this mess we are and going to half to go through hell even if we dont try anything against him. An thats with not even knowing all the reasons or whats going to take place lol an the goal he presents us and perhaps something even more if we get strong enough and do what ever he wants of us might ve ebough for some MCs but not for all.
Ether way i am interested in seeing how things all unfold for my various MCs.

Quite an interesting take ! It’s true that despite everything, MC did get lots of powers from the whole shenanigans, but is it enough to compensate for all the bs ?

Ehh it’s worth it especially still in early chapter, this life is way more exciting and promising than MC previous life as corporate slave, while it’s not exactly most safe line of work in the world it serve MC well to gain connection across the empire in military academy.

From pragmatic point of view disregarding feeling being alive and breathing even if it’s not really high life or comfort still better than being dead, I’ve been playing DnD a lot and deal with Godlike being a lot so while their sometime unreasonable due the fact they’re godlike being it’s usually better to suck it up and gain the boon by following it, maybe you can sweeten the deal by negotiating if have high charisma.
I have reason to believe that this God MC serve is reasonable, like there is this scene where the God want to whack the Empress during treasure chamber scene we can try asking/pleading the God to not to do so, in the end God accept the plea, so it does seem like the God is still reasonable and can be negotiated with.
Another factor is I don’t think our character can fight God yet from that scene with empress, so it’s not there is any other alternative.
I don’t know so far God do give us positive gift like God shard to better control mana, a unique powerful weapon, God also make us insanely strong, still with this much investment I am afraid of what God expected of my MC, I certainly expect more outlandish wish from God to return the favor.
Personally I am not the traitor type, I am okay with some gray territory but probably refused if it’s outright asking for something horrible like genocide or massacre.

Very interesting story and i like it very much. Unfortunetly it has a lot of gramar mistakes and sometimes words are missing. I feel like 180k word count is a lot and it would be nice if you spent some time ironing out what is already written. I was very hesitant to write this because English IS my 3rd language and as you can see my grammar is pretty bad. But the more i read problems just became more glearing.

Hi ! Thanks for the comment, English is also a second language for me and the problem is that most of the time, i write at night, right before bed, which means that I’m not my most focused to spot mistakes.
It’s true that spotting mistakes when reading is easier than spotting them when writing so I’ll defo get to it soon !
When you decide to share something you need to be ready to receive criticism as much as praise, I was a bit scared too at first but people are really chill in this community, and the regulations makes any bad/excessively mean, comments or messages disappear so in conclusion if you have something to post, go for it ! You’ll be surprised by how many people appreciate what you’re capable of : D

I would love to see a character who got into the top 10 with pure hard work and hates our character because of how lazy they are even though they are more talented than them
