Not gonna lie, Unsupervised is shaping up to be the best choicescript game ever created since Choice of Dragons IMO. That this game has not just breadth and depth, but three-dimensional, emotion-evoking likeable characters (even Flit on caring hero path - supposedly, because I’ve never played it), is a breath of fresh air; modern RPGs like this and Baldur’s Gate III that prioritize player choice must be protected as the rare cultural treasures that they are.
Tiny suggestion:
- After boarding the Flit Express to KEEP and using the EMP, would be nice if we could sucker punch Flit at full power to injure or even potentially merk him (since he’s caught unawares by the whole situation). Villain MC would probably think he’s too dangerous to be left alive.
suggestion = same page as the EMP-activation plan, but with violence
*selectable_if ((intellect >= 7) and (presence >= 7)) #@{(brooding <= 50) I start laughing. I can’t help it|Excellent}. This is where I wanted them to take me all along. [Intellect + Presence]
*selectable_if ((intellect >= 7) and (presence >= 7)) #This is where I wanted them to take me all along. I’ll also take advantage of Flit’s inevitable surprise to sweep an annoying piece from the board. [Intellect + Presence] (EXAMPLE ONLY)
p.s. Favourite moment this update: slicing off Flit’s hand at Mach 5 with my little friend. Dopplehänder, meet Einshänder.
p.p.s. All those gruesome kill scenes confirm that MC is literally 95% of the Cringe Crew’s power.
Bugs:

- After the blackmail situation, before you take the jet, either Derek or Ghostling are supposed to talk to you if romancing, or Thelma if romancing neither. My PC romanced LB this playthrough (loverName = “Amir”), and Thelma didn’t show up.
- Problem doesn’t happen on a romanceless playthrough (loverName = “none”).

You are alone in the Convergence Center’s hangar, having just finished storing all valuable objects from the trophy room onto the cargo hold and making some final adjustments to ensure that the aircraft is no longer traceable or connected to Nexus.
You are about to embark on it when you hear footsteps approaching.
[Thelma doesn’t show up if loverName = “Amir”]
You embark alone onto the Omega Wing, settling into the cockpit, fastening your seat belt, and engaging with the dashboard controls. The engine comes to life with a low hum, and the hangar doors glide open, revealing a snowy exterior.

- When Flit teleports you to KEEP, if you choose either of the two choices after #“Are you stupid? Your powers won’t work either. You’re stuck in here with me.”, both choices take you to *label letsDoAVote rather then *goto theDoorOpens.

#“You’re willing to give up your secret identity just to get me arrested?”
“PARENTS already knows who I am, and they run this place. I’m assuming Lorelai will order them to uphold the same level of discretion as they did at the black site. And, even if they don’t… it’s a small price to pay for bringing you to justice.”
The conversation that follows is a brief one. The situation is unsustainable. Sawyer insists that they can’t focus on saving people while also having to worry if you’re going to kill someone. That your actions are unworthy of the legacy of the Omega Responders and, frankly, it doesn’t matter if you view yourself as a vigilante or a supervillain. They want you out of the team, and call a vote on that.

#“Lorelai is going to let me out, you know. @{(workingWithParents) She wants me out there, doing her dirty work|I just have to finally accept doing her dirty work}.”
“You think she’d be willing to stain PARENTS’ image even further by employing a well-known murderer?@{(mcExploded) One who killed four of her agents?|}”
Though the question was likely meant as rhetorical, you can tell that they start giving the notion some genuine thought as soon as they finish the sentence, which prompts them to add:
“Well, it’s possible. Maybe black ops or something. But that’s okay. I did my part, now it’s up to the legal system. Unlike you, I’m not jury, judge, and executioner.”
