You can mention the file to Arthur. I think you can mention it to Lakota himself but I’ll double check.
I’ve double checked and you can talk to Arthur about Project 457 (Lakota) but you can talk to Lakota about Project Guardian (the MC). I will add the option to talk to him about Project 457.

Oops, I landed in the wrong era! Im going back into the SFSTATM and go elsewheres. 
Craig, because, so far, he has proved the most useless to my MC. Plus, even though I gave him one good beat down, my MC hadn’t fully got his payback. >:)

At least with Craig/Sarah you can leave them in alpha/beta or even not help them and they won’t even get them that far.

If you recommend either David (Alpha) or Alice (Beta) they refuse it for personal reasons and either Craig/Sarah or one of the other possible college friends gets promoted instead.
In the original release choosing Alice skipped the scene where she gave her reason. It *should* be fixed in the latest version.

I have no idea to be honest. Hmmm… I saw Craig/sarah as a better option to hold onto more than one of the others cause I interacted with them more than the others. That is my take on it but I did like some of the others attitudes.
