I know they’re similar, but his name is spelt Akira. (And, yes, he is adorable.
)
okay i decide to hide it after i remember that i promise to not make you cry XD (cant delete it though, just because
@adrao I get an error scene 8b Nio Fight not found when choosing to go to the Buddhist temple…
Also when touching Daisuke’s hair it says his hair is blonde, but earlier description says he has black hair.
That’s very odd… I just uploaded the file again, so hopefully everything should be fine now? Otherwise, I’ll check about the hair, I wonder what happened there…
@Curious_Boy really nice!
Actually, i had moment, when game said that Minjun was busy in her University, while as far as i remember, she works st the company.
I get an error in the necromancy path when either I or the samurai skeleton deel wit the neighbours.
@Curious_Boy What do authors generally do with fan-art? Would you like me to include these in the final game? (I’m happy to do so, maybe at the beginning of the game in a sub-section of acknowledgements, or any other way that you/others think is appropriate!)
@nocturne fixed the hair problem, well spotted! (I’m amazed by how there still seems to be little bugs cropping up all over the place…)
@Darakkuu_Nobelu, thanks, I think I also found the reason for this bug…
@Blattella I just ran a long randomtest and quicktest and cant find the bug. Is anybody else having this problem?
(it could be that it was due to me uploading wrong files to dashingdon)
Otherwise more achievements are up, and will try to think of some more during the weekend…
well, if you think it’s really worth to put my fanart at the game , i’ll be happy as long as you mention it as my fanart
(though its not finish yet
). and i think the beginning of the game isnt the place to put it (as its not the official one), how about at the end of the game ?. that being said, i think a sub-section of acknowledgements is a great place too for the fanart
not finished yet though, i need to finish the MC (my ver.), Akira, Arcanus, and Yuki and then coloring it.
finally be able to check the last update… i really love to see that ending with Akira has been added more story and i see a possibility of sequel from that epilogue
btw, i notice one typo at the end (didn’t try the necromancy path yet though, somehow im lacking a motivation to take that path )
You turn around, and you see a towering demon-like figure on top of the hill were you were standing minutes ago. It’s dark red in colour, with large bat-like winds protruding from its back, and four powerful hands wielding a massive sword and a wand. (i believe it should be wings)
I walk to the beach. The sound of waves and the sand will calm me down and help me think
I head to Sugimoto-dera temple. Buddhist temples somehow help me to relax and concentrate]
I go for a long walk around the city and then head to the forested hills on its north side
2nd option has a bracket.
You turn around, and notice how Yato vows to you without even receiving an order. Blood is still coming out of your chest, yet you feel no heartbeat in your body. Smiling, you realize that the spell was successful
Shouldn’t it be bows?
@Curious_Boy thanks, glad you liked it! And a few people asked about the epilogue, so I thought it might be a good idea to place it in the end, though I’m not 100% sure I’ll ever make it. I suppose it depends on the overall interest, though I’m currently also feeling a bit fatigued and want to relax a bit, and then eventually work on my other WIPs. But, thanks once more for the typos, and I’ll eventually ask CoG how to do about fan art… actually, might just do that now…
@Dark_Stalker thanks for those typos! (i keep miss-spelling vow and bow, not sure why, somebody pointed this out before so went through game and corrected everything. But necromancy chapter was written after, so I guess I haven’t learnt from my past mistake)
@Curious_Boy apparently I can include the art if I somehow compensate you for it (i.e. it seems that the copyright would have to be transferred to me, though you would still be shown as the author, obviously). Would you be prepared to “sell it” (for a small nominal price) for me once you are finished with it?
I just found this game and I LOVE it, especially all of the customization options, but I did notice one big thing… I chose to go investigate the necromancer’s hideout but destroy the book (after opening it to peek inside), got the achievement for destroying the book (with Lightning Bolt if that matters), and then got sent to a page where I read the same book I thought I had just destroyed. After that I was started on the necromancy path, even though I had no intention of doing so and thought I had destroyed the book
@cabinpersephone Thanks for pointing that out and for your appreciation of the game
There was indeed a bug if you didnt get the silver coins, which was throwing you onto the necromancy path. Just corrected it now and uploaded the files again.
oh, i see… can we discuss it by PM ?
I absolutely love this game, it was awesome! And I’m really looking forward to the possibly hinted sequel!
And congratulations to you for being such a amazing writer and finishing this project! @adrao
thanks! Though I’ll prob have to take a break for a few months and try to get my other WIPs out…
By the way, any comments on the achievements?
I really enjoyed this!It had a certain charm that kept me glued to the screen. BTW,if you choose to make a sequel to this,it’d be interesting if we could learn Eastern-style magic,Omnyoji.I just have a picture of my MC going around and purifying evil spirits.
Hey @adrao. Glad to see you seem to have found a project you’re comfortable with.
@Shoelip yes, trying to finish this one off to return to Highway Marshall, to be honest there is already one path all the way to the end, I just need to go back and work on feedback before I release an update on it. But, Tokyo Wizard just completely sucked all my energy. But my hope is to have H-M finished sometime in Jan-Feb, and then even go back to my very first WIP…
@InfiniteDreamer thanks! that sounds like a nice idea, which I might interweave into the plot of an eventual part 2. Somehow bits and pieces of the story are starting to formulate inside my brain, though as I just said I want to finish my other WIPs before even thinking about something like this properly…
