I realise I’m coming in a bit late here, but does anyone know the combination of stats/decisions necessary in order to have a threesome with both Yiska and Miss Carraway in Tin Star?

I don’t think you need any special stats. What you do need to have is romances with both, and you have to tell Miss Caraway that you love Yiska first. Yiska will end the romance if you tell him you are interested in Caraway, so as to not anger her, but Caraway is perfectly fine with it, and will only end the romance if you end it.
