I’m starting to see why this might be extremely frustrating for somebody who saw this coming, tried to avoid it and got themselves into a terrible debt because of their inability to get out of that situation. Especially so for those who don’t like Seraphina.
Maybe I should let you guys go home, and half the town get leveled by a freak avalanche? That sounds bad. Or maybe I should be trying to reward the player rather than discourage them, and instead of giving them a pat on the back via the hidden achievement I should do something else? I prefer this option, but I’m not quite sure what I should reward the player with. Cookies?
I don’t know. The Sera being a brat thing and forcing you to stay outside and die somehow seems unfair.
Ah, history, my worst enemy. Time to do research on American history, because I know nearly nothing about it. Perks of living half the globe away.
((time to relocate Reina? maybe ))
Thanks for pointing out that stuff about the Fish Incident, and holy hell how did you get that Belief stat so high??? I’m nerfing the Belief boosts, that’s crazy.
EDIT: Found the culprit. Evicting culprit from code.
I managed to get it working with a lot of help from ParrotWatcher. In the event that it mysteriously fails, I will ask Shawn_Patrick_Reed for help with it. Thank you!
It seems fine as it is; I don’t think you need to add in a completely new path for “sensible” players. Besides, you’ve already toned her brattiness down a bit from what I remember, although it would be nice if there were more people who actually realised what a brat she was (not just my MC and her teacher).
You don’t need to change it. You could say it’s built on an old First Nations town, or was the first colonial settlement in the Winnipeg area (late 1600s). You wouldn’t use the terms “Middle Ages” or “mediaeval” to describe either, though.
Before you can question her, she’d already dashed over to stop Sera from potentially burning the house down. You hobble after her at a more subdued pace- you’re not exactly in tip-top condition. There’s flour on the ceiling fan - how did it even get up there- and some cereal looking like it’s been scorched onto the floor. Everything else looks like like a teenager on crack came through and tried to play bowling with things that you really shouldn’t be trying to bowl with (case in point: raspberry jelly, joining the flour in unholy matrimony )
Such a vivid picture you paint that made me lol…Epic!
Keep up the excellent work! Chuckles Gunna have to ban little sis from the kitchen XD.
There’s also the error when ur home from the hospital and u want to check on ur sister but it gets an error, i know that it used to work on the old version
Most of the issues that have been mentioned have been solved (the link is the same.) (not too sure about the stats screen one- I wasn’t able to reproduce it on my iphone). Also filled in one scene and fixed some embarrassing errors that Wire spotted.
I’m going overseas tomorrow/technically today for a week so the next update is likely to be small as well. :,( i cri
