How powerful are the other rulers in comparison to the Kaiser?

I’ve taken a short break from the Wight King in order to work on a demo the people on the forum voted for me to do.
Other rulers are very different from the Kaiser, and I think comparing them by simple power wouldn’t do justice to any of them.
The Kaiser is the strongest human ruler in the world, the Priestess Queen of Velzarim is the most inspiring and also one of the best generals, the Empress of Nevarra is nearly supernaturaly skilled when it comes to spying, making money and making kingdoms flourish in general…
Most of the rulers excell in an area that none other masters, and each compensates for their own weaknesses with retainers that complete their sets of skills.

I just saw this WIP, but the lore, plot, and characters look pretty interesting and fleshed out. I’m looking forward to playing the demo.

To be fair, Warhammer doesn’t really have a story, just a setting, a bunch of contradictory background fluff and a nonsensical ending. 
To the point half this thread is probably talking about it. The other half are Warhammer derailments.
How are the relations between them? I mean, historically, it’s often hard for nations to play nice between themselves for long periods of time, but since “undead abominations leading armies against the living” is a thing in this setting, I suppose it might foster more cooperation between said livings.

I didn’t actually listen about the plot, they had me at “There is only war”. And there I was slaughtering xenos. XD
Yeah, they kind of chill out with each other when abominations start kicking their doors down.
The actual diplomatic situation is as follow:
-Meidia’s poor decision-making and tendency to crush people into accepting their culture and religion made most of their neighbours unhappy with them to say the least Their empire is falling apart, and their neighbours are circling like vultures, ready to srike.
-The Kaiser and the kriegsgardian are recognized as an universal threat, but one none is ready to take on, with or without allies. In this troubled time, none even thinks of attacking Kriegsgard, but the tensions between them and their nevarran nemesis run stronger than ever.
-Nevarra made allies, or at least friends of most of the known world. And they are generally in very good standing with most countries thanks to the efforts of the Empress. They have most of the South into their pocket.
-Velzarim is still in a state of civil war against their meidian conquerors, and most other nations don’t even pay attention to them anymore. Though Nevarra greatly profits from this conflict.
-Valgarm is as neutral as it ever was, except the eventual raiders and mercenaries.
And that’s it for the most important human nations. They’re almost all at each other’s throat, waiting until the time is right. All it would take would be a gentle push.

And to give an eta on Shattered, it’s coming along little by little. I already have a good amount of content ready, but I want to reach a certain point in the demo, when things get more… interesting. It will be rather long first version, but I’ll try to give you a taste of Shattered as soon as I judge it’s good enough. 
Stop right there criminal scum! I’d rather not have another Warhammer derailment before a while, so let’s try to avoid it okay? I’m not actually mad or anything, but I simply cannot allow another derailment like this.

Before you even step into Meidia, there will be one small problem to deal with. Well three actually.
And remember we’re talking about the most powerful human countries of the continent, it won’t be a stroll in the park. Each of them on their own is a prodigious threat, if they were to come together, your campaign would take a new… interesting turn. :3

I’m not against derailments here and there, it doesn’t bother me, especially if it is still related to the game. But everytime someone mentioned anything Warhammer, the thread made a front flip out of its rail, for hours, for days sometimes.
