A little while back, I posted a few sentences where the pronouns were incorrect. I can’t recall if the following was posted at the time. I apologize if this a repetition, or if you already have it in hand

Their attention falls on Ava, who is glaring out of the window, a hand raised to his mouth. Normally Ava would have heard this conversation with ease, but apparently she’s focused on something else so intensely that she doesn’t this time.

Correction: First sentence, the bolded ‘his’ should be ‘her’

Yeah, there a couple of other pronoun issues people managed to catch too. They’ll be in the update when I release the final demo

Thank you for catching those!

did you make any changes to the Ava route? its the only route that feels a bit cold after the ending of the 1st book i expected maybe a bit more warm Ava

No, there were no changes made. Adam/Ava isn’t a warm person and certainly isn’t one to admit what they’re really feeling

It’s a real slllooooowwww burner, lol!

It’s verified that Sera will not add anymore.

Unit Bravo are the only ones we will be able to romance throughout the entire series. Sera has of course mentioned this multiple times so no there will be NO new R.O.
added in anywhere

what i mean is that i find it a bit more cold than the 1 book, there is no option to be more flirty and all the options and talk they do to each other sound more like friends than what we have in 1st book, for me its kind of weird after the ending we get with ava in the first book…

(even the Ava in the triangle love is more open and u have more flirty options… maybe is only me that find it weird…)

Well, what I figure is that A in the love triangle is forced to confront their feelings now that N is so obviously interested in the detective whereas if it’s just A they feel less hurried so they have more time to try and fend off their feelings about the detective.

You just have the first 3 chapters. Be patient.

Progress Report

Been another busy week! Did some edits and playthroughs on Chapter 6, so that’s kinda ready to be sent over to be edited and to a few readers once I get that up together, hopefully later on today.

The other part of this week has been spent getting Patreon stuff up together! Man, I forgot how much I love drawing, lol  It’s been really nice doing that again. Even more exciting to see all of the female versions of the Unit Bravo profile pictures together for the first time!

There’s still a lot to do, but it definitely looks like I’m on plan for getting out the demo and Patreon at the end of the month still.

Next week will also be Patreon prep stuff whilst the final version of the demo is with testers and the wonderfully amazing @spunkycatninja for edits!

Hope everyone has a fantastic weekend!

what does that have to do with anything? all im saying is that i find Ava colder than in the 1st book and for me is kind of weird since they should be more closer now than before…and if u pay close attention to the option in the choices of 1 book and this 2 is kinda more friendly like in the 2 book than the 1 one…

two months have passed, I guess it made things awkward for A?

I don’t know.

Actually Adam/Ava is pretty worried about the fact that the MC is gonna be sticking around

Where as the feelings they have for the MC could have been ignored if they were just sticking around for one mission, it’s more complicated now they’re part of the team.

Adam/Ava wants to put up a barrier between them and not get close. Even more so than in Book One really, as they now will be together a lot more and A doesn’t want those feelings to grow or complicate everything. Or you know…actually admit that those feelings are actually there in the first place, lol!

The dialogue choices often respond to the conversation that is happening in that scene. And there are a fair few that may seem like not much, but as always with A it’s about the underlying meaning to those conversations and not what about is being actually said at surface level.

But yeah, nothing is changing in the demo

Edit: And as spunkycatninja said, it’s only the first 3 chapters. You’ve only just met up again with them after two months. There’s still a lot of story to go

but what about the choices we get then, how come are they so more friendly like now in the Ava route than before in the 1 book, thats what makes it weird for me, i can understand if Ava is somehow distancing herself from us, but our mc… that should be entirely to us ?

also let me add, that Ava is the only route that i did find weird, the other seems good and pretty more in line with the 1 book.

It’s like Sera said. It’s been 2 months with an absence, and A likes to repress their feelings.

You also just got back into the story, so maybe hold off a bit until the full demo is released before passing judgment?
