its not a bug…
its toward the end . Y’know? when you go back to the cabine . Wake up that girl, and get a room with roach ? Then if you are romancing someone, you get those choices .
Then if you are romancing roach, you stay in the cabine . She get all upset about ‘Feeling’, then leave and you get the next scene (Go back to the cabine) and roach come back in . Thats when she tell you…blahblah loved…and died…not worth it…blahblah…smooche some…everyone happy .
I just said that between the choices you get, the last choice is ‘‘Go to Sleep’’ . which make it sound weird, since the next scene (Above said about roach coming back to the cabin) . It just act like you are coming from outside to the cabine .
Nevermind lol maybe I read it wrong . Gonna run the wip again now and see it if I’m wrong . Sorry XD

Smooched roach…then she get upset and leave, right? so after that, I picked go to sleep .
The thing is, in another scene (if I’m not romancing roach), you come back to cabine and she say ‘‘Built in Bathroom’’ right?
So she took a shower when you come back from say visiting fiama .
But here it say
Took a shower (outside when we have a built in bathroom) then came back to the cabine . So that shower went Pouf?

Btw…about those rifts . cose been doing the wip again . But, is there like a link between your weird eye and the rift showing up? wouldn’t be funny, if this whole time you could open a rift and leave …and you only find out about it now ?

So there was some discussion on tumblr as to why Roach is such a popular character when often their type is overshadowed by others (though I don’t know how much you can say that they fit into a well-used type). Pime and I wanted data so this is an impromptu survey. I was going to make a multiple choice thing, but realized I really have no idea why other people like them, so I’m leaving it open-ended.
Is it their mysterious factor? Their snark? The ever looming argument when they stop pretending or betray us etc etc? Is this a monsterfucker situation? All the above or something else I haven’t thought of? Please tell Pime, she wants to know and is gluttonous for answers!

She kinda remind me of Bella…aka Isabela from DA2 .
I find roach funny like hell , I love the whole ‘‘Love me if you want, no string attached…whatever’’ . If she betray me…I personally won’t be offended . Cose…its expected lol .
And when I say ‘No string attached’’ …I’m not saying I’m playing my mc who fool around ! But…like Bella, she can swing it both way . She can be influenced to be your gf and only yours…or be open minded and she go for it…to…y’know…just physical .
And while I dont do the whole ‘Go sleep around’’ , its the whole…’‘ITS OPEN…choices is up to you’’ that make it refreshing .
I dunno, characters like roach and Isabella…have that whole freedome and love of life…and easy going that just…its like a breathing fresh air with them all the time .
Sure one could say she is a coward and will run on you the 1st chance she get . So what ? I dont need to be babysat anyway .
She would betray you at some point . So what ? if i wanted someone who swear it on blood to stick by me…I’ll go for fiama .
I love her for who she is, and whatever surprise she has for meh .
so that’s my opinion and why I love roach…
Oh and one last thing : SHE MAKE ME LAUGH…and that is GOLD .

Hi! This is literally my first time doing anything on this site, (I made my account about 3 minutes ago) so forgive me for doing anything wrong or any mistakes or whatever (I sincerely hope replying is what I’m supposed to be doing and I’m not being an idiot).
I love this sooo much! I’ve never really looked at anything that could be described as ‘eldritch’ so I wasn’t sure whether or not I’d like it, but almost immediately I was super interested, the gender choices for both the mc and the other characters are really cool.
The main reason I’m typing this though is that I think I’ve broken my save file somehow, which I don’t mind toooo much as I can just quickly go through and click the same answers as before. But idk if it’s an issue with dashingdon or with The Passenger so I figured I’d let you know anyway.
Basically when I tried to reload my save it took me to the archive page (the newspaper article about David Newman). The button that normally says ‘Return to the game’ on this page now says ‘Show stats’. Clicking on this does bring me to the stats page and also turns the button back into ‘return to the game’. But clicking return to the game after this just takes me back to the archive page. I can view the archive normally when ‘looking at my stats’ and I can view my stats and relationship stuff while i’m supposed to be ‘in game’. Reloading, refreshing the page or going into settings does nothing to change this.
Other than that, a small thing in the prologue caught my attention and I wasn’t sure if it was a typo or if I was just being dumb, so once again I’m mentioning it in case it was a mistake. When Livvy asks the MC if they were training for the race? Something like that? One of the dialogue choices said something like ‘after considering it, I chose running’. But when I clicked on this the MC’s thoughts said that they had chosen swimming. So, yeah, I wasn’t sure if that was a mistake or what.
I think that’s about it for anything I noticed! Once again I really really liked this and once I get back up to where I was before my save broke I can’t wait to see what else there is to see!

That’s because, you shouldn’t save your games right after you checking out your stats, that error would happen to any WIPs, so it’s better check your stats to make sure the outcome, then reload and then save. But no worries if you check your stats and then click next and save.

Once you save, make sure you manually select another slot, and then re-select the slot you want to save in. Otherwise, it’ll save over your previously used slot.

I was after Johnny at first, b-but then, err, I blame the mattress. But, seriously, Roach is FUN, and mysterious, mischievous, Roach seems like doesn’t care about anything, but the same Roach help Newman with their energy earnestly, (I don’t care about Roach’s intention anyway) and that hug in the cave, the same Roach cares about Newman…etc.
Ha, maybe Roach enchanted me, who knows.
