How do you get Regina arrested in the parlor scene?
Please can you tell me how to romance o lying Rory?No matter what I try frank and Rory gets married!
Make sure you don’t encourage Rory’s relationship with Frankincense, and don’t do anything that would help em with it either. Make choices that Frankincense would disagree with, encourage Rory to have their own opinions, and make sure your character pursues Rory as much as possible. Also make choices that Rory would like and that align with your stats.
Discouraging the engagement at the fox hunt is important. Get Aunt Primrose to doubt, and also talk to both Rory and Frankincense at the hint as well. If you choose to think of Rory while in the car with Figs in chapter five, you will have a tete-a-tete with Rory during dinner where you can sway their opinion as well.

And when i try to discourage them they only seem to get even closer
It does not.
It can indeed happen that if you fail to make them closer that you have the opposite effect than the one you intended.
For example, if you “comment on the weather” in chapter four when you are Soothing, you will in fact make them closer.
Please will You tell me the options to create friction between frank and Rory if the soothing stat is high
@Tyrant_Evil I don’t know if this might help or not but try to not mention the relationship at all OR confess to Rory just from the beginning

I AM GOING CRAZY!
I’ve been trying to romance Rory and cancelling his engagement with his fiancée but nothing is working! I’ve restarted the game four times now and I’ve done almost everything to dissuade Aunt Primrose about the marriage and support/kiss Rory every chance I get. But I keep on receiving the same ending every time, Rory and his fiancée wants to enter a poly relationship with me!
In chapter seven Rory would tell me that he is determined to cancel his engagement but he fails to tell his fiancée every single time. What am I doing wrong?!

You know, there was a time when the question “how do I get the poly relationship???” was common around here.
You are doing nothing wrong. But Rory often determines things that do not end up coming to pass, especially when it comes down to bold action. It is merely that Rory is like the delicious center of a tightly sealed almond, and Frankincense is the shell. Rory must be slowly pried free. But the reward will be worth it.
Note that in this analogy, if you take the poly option, you are eating the whole almond, shell and all. It is not a perfect analogy.
You have to actively sabotage the relationship between Rory and Frankincense if you wish to enjoy Rory on your own. You can do that during the first conversation with Rory and Frankincense, during the foxhunt (talking to Rory&Frankincense, talking to Rory alone, talking to Frankincense alone, talking to Aunt Primrose), and during dinner if you talk to either Rory or Frankincense. Ride between them, provoke arguments, and offer advice about how marriage may not be best at this time. Abrasive characters are typically better at starting arguments, but it’s not the only path to success here.
Those who quail at sabotaging an engagement may take some comfort in realizing that surely, surely, Rory will be better off with you.

How IS it to play a character spécialisé in skullduggery? IS it a Sharon type of maid/Butler? (Sharon as in the cold steel saga)
A character skilled at skullduggery may perform such feats as lifting an unattended clipboad, descending a staircase without undue creaking, or procuring a glass of champagne unpaid for.
I am not familiar with this Sharon you speak of, or this Cold Steel Saga (no doubt one of the lesser-known Icelandic narratives), but I harbor some doubts about whether she has such talents as these.
