No we shall not die for the creator of this dimension: @GreenRover shall use his pencil of invincibility’s eraser (the eraser of invincibility) to erase the monstrosities known as zombie dragons, and return our lives back to normal (which is being chased by regular dragons)
@All
Thanks for the support!
@ninja6398
No fantasy, that’s overdone
I like it, even though it just for your name its still pretty good
@greenrover like the concept and all
But if you picked loot your house where do all your things go
Also I feel it’s a little fast paced and abit rushed
Maybe because in a modern setting yeah seeing a dragon would be scary but we have the technology to blow it out of the waterstraight away so maybe in my opinion change it
But it’s a nice style good luck
@JLBH
Yeah, I needed to figure out a way to make sure that modern day technology could not blow a dragon out of the water. I’ll explain more about it later in the story )
@GreenRover.
Well you can make it so the age of the humans is ending (a futuristic apocalypse) so the humans used up almost everything and have no means of electricity yet still have their houses. The scientist come close to finding out how to save everyone so that’s why everyone is so relaxed. and then boom, age of the dragons re-begins
@GreenRover or perhaps, the dragons have some sort of radar deflection, causing them to be missed by most of the technology until it was too late?
@FortunesFaded yeah agreed on that cause don’t radars only spot warm blooded creatures (or is it the opposite) so the dragons can be cold blooded. But then they can just easily send in a tank or something and destroy the dragon, damn i bet even bullets can kill an average dragon. But a metallic futuristic dragon might work but that’d just mean changing the whole story, unless @GreenRover was aiming for using rocket launchers and shit against the dragon
Well if dragons can breath fire they should breath fire at least if you use my logic. Well for bullets it depends how strong the scales are, because I read one manga where bullets from assault rifles can’t penetrate the dragons scale. Although a rocket blew of it’s leg.
I think you could have it have extremely dense scales, and be fine against bullets. And tanks would be pretty useless against a fast aerial target I’d imagine. Plus, without early detection, the dragons would have an advantage and could strike before humans could strike back
Well dragons are mythological so we could say that their scales are strongest materials ever know. Tanks are weak against aerial attacks shown in world war 2 and more. Yeah without early detection attacks can be very devastating.
@ninja6398
Yup, that was the plan. Except their scales are SO hard that not even rockets or grenades can penetrate them. Their body heat also kills off any poisons. The only way to kill a dragon is to either submerge them in water, suffocate them, choke them, or stab through their eyes. (Hopefully) the soon-to-come update to the demo will have more details.
I’ve also already come up with a plan for how the dragons come, although it doesn’t come up until pretty far into the game.
I’ve finally finished the outline for the next chapter! I’ll get to work on the actual chapter sometime this week or next.
Can’t Wait!
