Pues hablo tanto de la región de Hispania como de Hispanoamérica, eso incluye a Brasil

I retract, the correct term is Ibero-America. Since Hispanic America only counts the Castilian-speaking nations. While Ibero-America includes Brazil

Speaking of other topics, did you realize what happened to Green Lantern and the change that the editors gave him recently? The modification does not offend me but it did offend me that they want to change a good artwork, because the true image seems better to me than the other and that shows a good creativity that must be spread to the world and not limited to what is only known within the United States.

Agree it’s not a bad change but I don’t think it’s good at all

Hey, do you remember that controversy about the nobody who wanted Latino inclusion in the Mario Bross movie? Well let me tell you that at least here in Mexico that doesn’t matter to us, and as proof of this there is already a cover of the Peaches song made by a regional Mexican music band.

Appreciate it! XD

Votei errado, mas sou Brasileira e falo espanhol.

Know? Your profile picture reminds me a lot of a character in a novel I just read.

Hola! Saludos desde la isla de Borneo.
I’m not a Spaniard or a Portuguese or a Latino, and I can’t really speak Spanish beyond a few words, but I can kind of understand Spanish well.

The first CoG game I’ve played was “Choice of the Dragon”. That was, gosh, 13 years ago, I think? Immediately fell in love with that game. I became aware of the existence of this forum around 6 years ago when “Welcome to Moreytown” came out. Didn’t join until August last year after “A Mage Reborn: Book 1” came out.

If I could write, I’d love to write a game where dragons are the main characters and they aren’t tamed or dominated by humans. (I’ve read enough stories like that already, muchas gracias!) Maybe set in a fantasy world where dragons are the dominant species. Humans may or may not exist in that world.

Anyway, nice to meet the Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking community here, y’all.

To be honest I just heard about this novel  but the character in my profile picture is Ciri from The witcher, is this book “slave of reality” good?

Well, I found the premise of its hidden world interesting, which is like an urban scientific fantasy. The first one is somewhat dark but later, over time, we see the development of the protagonist, who is a girl whose adventure begins when her best friend Mateo disappears but no one but her remembers his existence.

Sounds interesting, I’ll take a look.

Well, since this month is the pride month of the LGBT community and at the same time the Live-Action movie of the Little Mermaid was released.

I will hereby share how members of the community contributed the Spanish dubbing art for this Disney movie in the 90s.

Ursula in the Latin Spanish dubbing was played by a Mexican drag queen named Serena Olvido, this role was her only dubbing job but she left her voice very marked for all of us for very good acting and singing work for one of the best movies Disney of that decade.

Here is a video that shows lapses of this drag queen dubbing the little mermaid to Ursula as well as acting in a television program from those years, I hope you enjoy it.

Another notable individual was Colonel Amelio Robles Ávila, a war hero of the Mexican Revolution who was the first trans person to have his gender change institutionally recognized. He met his partner with whom he raised his only adoptive daughter.

But the most important thing in this forum is, what member of the LGBT community from a Hispanic country stood out in history?

Hey guys,

I’m new here so maybe is something that has already been discussed but… what’s with the lack of games (I mean IFs) in spanish? I have no trouble reading english, but the spanish speaker community must be huge in the forum and there are no spanish wips. I speak from ignorance and curiosity, I do not want to anger anyone.

Well, according to what I saw in another thread that I haven’t found yet, they say that it is very expensive compared to the benefit to translate the games into Spanish, so they limited only the dragon game. Although I can be wrong in these memories of mine but the answer is out there.
