I was as well, except I expected a primarily female audience to text based cyoa games! Though, the gender of the player and the gender of their character isn’t always the same.
I’m glad to hear that! Well, I suppose I shouldn’t be, but everyone has a desire to relate to something, especially when it’s so hard to come across someone you do. The whole idea for this game started out with my looking for terms that might explain why I often feel so different from others. I stumbled across “Anomie”, and from there, this was born.

I just read the scene with Hannibal the cat and it’s my favorite now, definitely see the resemblance and I love the spouse even more haha. Oh and that’s the best description ever of the show
Second chapter is creepily good. I play two different MC; one is very suspicious at the spouse and feel terribly frightened toward the end of chapter 2. The other one is more accepting and looks at the spouse as the anchor to this uncertain moment, a voice of reason, the only one who understands her, thus at the end of chapter 2, she was sort of telling herself that whatever the spouse does, it’s for her own good.
I really want to play as the extreme on both situation; so one MC rejects all display of affection and the other MC embraces it, even craves for it.
i gave in and do code diving…looked at the playlist and i dont know all the songs (i like some of it!), i never watch doctor who or hannibal, but now im 90% sure someones dead just wishing that neither mc nor spouse is a serial killer now

I’m really enjoying this game so far, I just wanted to point out that when you pick an option to be post HRT, it says your body is “emancipated at the moment.” I think you probably mean ‘emaciated’ right here unless I’m missing something.
It’s been a while since I check out new wips and when i first saw this i was really intrigued! I loved it!! I really like Anthony and his geekiness, he’s so sweet, but because of the circumstance and everything i gotta watch out and not get too attach just in case lol. Anyway, i’ll be looking forward for the updates!!!

When I choose that I don’t remember my surname the spouse just leaves a blank, only mentioning his surname with a hyphen.
( It’s -Abernathy) and then when checking the stats screen I get an error saying something similar to “non-existant last name”
That is strange… It works at my end with the same link. Did you use the settings to change your surnames prior to starting the game? Even if you did, it should work…
