I like this. Well, I like the idea of this. Not much of a start but that’s okay. I see this as a look in the universe we’ll be playing in. Which is fine by me. I would like to be an emotionless mercanary going from group to group looking to gain fame, fourtane and any leads on the people that killed my parents in the rebel attack. Primaraly using a smaller suit/mech focused on long range combat using very large caliber projectile weapons. Like a rifle firing 30 mm AP rounds. Never been a fan of advanced weaponary. That’s just what I thought of when I read it. But either way, i am excited.
The demo is good but short and i cant wait for is to finish (actually i can wait)
Not dead, just delayed. My computer has to be replaced, because my brother smashed it in a tantrum. I have no way to write right now. I’ll get back to work when I can.

If he’s 12 years old, then he can’t pay for a thing, and there’s limits to how far you can beat him. Unfortunately 
theres ways for a 12 year old to make money, like a limonade stand, mowing lawns, allowence money for doing chores,ect…

@awesome I had added a few more choices, some character building, and I added a lot more backstory. I was in the middle of coding the combat code, II had just managed to get the chance of hitting to increase depending on the environmental factors, like range, enemy movement, obstacles, and personal movement. I’m trying to retrieve my work from my hard drive, but it costs money I don’t have.
For all you wondering my brother does have serious anger problems, he is ADHD, OCD, and Bipolar. My parents said they would help me buy a new one, but we are a little strapped on cash. They worst part is I had just upgraded my graphics card, which cost me $80, and it was utterly destroyed. I had just bought my computer in January. It may take me a while to get the money to replace my computer, so I apologize in advance for the wait.
Ehhh we wouldnt value this game as much if it had just been handed to us. now itll be twice as sweet!

You could try to get the kind folks of the forum to help donate for a new comp.
Dunno if a kickstarter is the best solution when one just as well could wait for the next paycheck and get your parents to back you up.

Sorry guys but I am going to be delayed even more. My uncle died yesterday, and I have to travel to Alabama to see family and prepare his funeral.

My condolences.
Real life matters always take precedence so no one should fault you for any delays reguarding what is happening in your life. We will still be here when you feel you are able to continue the story.
