You have to have the relevant add on. If so, toward the end of the game, you will hear a pay phone ringing. If you take the call, Dove will pick you up after, and you can choose to participate.

Late to the party, but if you have the Hecata dlc, after the third mission you do for Lettow and after investigating the Elysium for the rat, the story arc should start right after that. When it begins (ie you getting a mysterious call outside) is random I believe, you can go on to the other missions, or just go to the gym, library, elysium, and carshop places over and over again till it pops up ( thats what I do).
If Im understanding this right, then the generation rating is incorrect. I read that Dove would be 8th gen, which would indeed make her offspring 9th gen, with the rest of the other sires being 10th gen making MC to be 11th gen. This is where the error comes. We diablerized Aila who was an elder, therefore we’d lower 1 generation level to our sires level, but going back to Doves case, it still lists our gen as 9, where it shouls list 8. Which would make the lowest gen we could reach, through the thaumatugical ritual and diablerizing Reremouse, 6th gen. This isn’t like a game breaking issue, but after reading it a couple times I noticed it and thought it was weird. Sorry for my pedantic rant, but I just wanted to point this out.

Dove is 9th gen.
We know her exact lineage, and through her the Nos PCs.
Caine(1)>Zillah(2)>Absimilliard(3)>Melachoate(4)>Androvikus(5)>Rasalon(6)>Reremouse>(7)>Modian(8)>Dove(9)>The PC(10, turned 9 through the diablerie of Aila and potentially going even lower)
For those who know their Vamp lore, this makes Dove and the PC some of the very few Nosferatu in the world not descended from Baba Yaga.

How exactly do I go about devouring Reremouse and evolving my blood for the metamorphosis?
To lunch on Reremouse I think u need convictions of “Traditions are trash” and “Pepretuate your existence” and u need to succeed on taking him down. Not sure if it’s a must on convictions but you get bonus exp following them (and diablerie is very much “traditions are trash”)

To get the choice to diablerise Reremouse after bringing him down, your traditionalist and penitent stats have to be below 40.
Idk if this is a bug or not. After doing the hospital mission I help pattermuster and I deliver the info on the road runners but my relationship is poor still when I return to town. Is that right, if so I would have just kept my good relationship with sim and helped him.
i think this game need a new update with dots for 11 gen vampires and 9 if MC choice to lower gen with diableria and artificially to 9th gen to 5,6 dots in disciplines and char traits. Thin bloods have 3 dots 
and also blood pool to 15 dots… Consumption of blood per turn is 2,3 and use of disciplines, restoration of blood from feeding is 3. Willpower to 10, humanity also to 10.

Well, it’s V5. 6 dots and above aren’t a thing in this edition.
I imagine the author just thought not enough time passed for the PC to raise their Disciplines above the 3 dots.
well, v5 is only focused from 11th gen and 12,13 (a young licks) etc. Elders are removed “in lore” moved to middle east to butcher each other even 11,12 gen can rise dots to 5… 3 dots is thin blood thing (for me that is not a vampire) it’s sun walker 
and for the 6 dots you can rise dots to 6 if you manage to eat elder if you find him/her and lower generation and that break the rule of v5 “and then there is a question if you lower generation in some miraculous way can you also feel the beckoning?” and again v5 rules goes against you if you can feel xD even that beckoning is not forever. This game have 9th gen, and can even lower gen to 7 if you play as child of dove then you can rise dots to 7 it is a generation thing. If you rise stats to max you can split Lettow in half and remove smirk from his face with blood so potent in MC of gen 7.
There are character sheets of Elders and even Methuselahs in V5. Even they don’t have 6 dots and above anymore (which sucks, honestly)
Also, you’d need to be 6th Generation to have 7 dots, anyway. And Lettow would still be several centuries older than the PC. Generation equals potential, not power. A 6th generation vampire doesn’t automatically have stats at 7, they’d need to age and train a lot before they achieved that.

yes but you actually eat two elders Aila first “that is rise in stats, dots, experience, strength automatically” even Lettow is baby for her 
she call him child and there is also Reremorse two elders and what is that for MC? Reremorse can spit in lettow and turn him to dust lol " no need to mention Aila"
