So i couldn’t get Serpentis after finishing the auction mission. Can you guide me how to get it? Any specific steps?
Side whit edouard (He must be alive) and chose that ha tech you his disciplines as reward ( do not have protean previously) i don’t think there is another requirement
Is this during the auction mission?
You have to do the auction mission and side with Edouard and the Della Pasaglia woman; once you finish the mission you will be given a choice to learn disciplines* from Edouard as your reward.
Note that you don’t actually learn “Serpentis” since this is supposed to be V5, where “Serpentis” is just a way to apply protean using snakes as a theme. After you learn protean from Edouard all the descriptions of your subsequent usage of its powers will follow that snake theme instead of the default wolf theme (functionally they are the same, only the descriptions changes so it is just cosmetic in game terms).
*You will only get the choice to learn disciplines from him if you don’t already have obfuscate, presence, protean and blood sorcery. If you have all of them he won’t offer it as a reward
Question: if you start as a caitiff, can you get blood sorcery? I feel like I remember I did that before, but it’s been like almost two years and I might be misremembering. If not, what’s the fastest way of learning it? I’m assuming via Caul but I really want her ring. Is learning a discipline from her and getting the ring mutually exclusive?
Also, side question: can you change your mind about ghouling Vana after you beat Gisele? I remember that being epic but I don’t really want Vana, I want Raul.
blood sorcery is the only discipline that not initially in for caitiff. caul is the first option for lern it, julian during the reremuse mission(i think this is the name), or the ministry guy in the dlc mision are the other options to teach blood sorcery. the ring is mutually exclusive with learning from her the ring migth prevent the vani mission is your will is weak

I have a doubt, I don’t know if the subject has already been raised here, but there is a problem that happens to me sometimes and ends up disturbing the experience a little. I play on my cell phone and sometimes it happens that I’m touching the screen, to read the text and an option is confirmed as if I had pressed it to confirm, the problem is that this functionality doesn’t even exist, after all the only way to confirm a selected choice It’s on the button at the bottom of the page. Can anyone tell me if this is a bug? Because since there is no option to go back to the previous choice - I believe that would be a good improvement - it ends up making me have to continue in the story with a choice I didn’t want to make. It’s not exclusive to this game, although it also happened in it, I just took the opportunity to ask.

I don’t play on my phone, so I don’t have an answer. I wonder if it’s a formatting thing? Have you increased your font? Anyway, I bet if you ask about making selections with your cell phone in the main forum, people will be able to help. I’m curious about it, too! (I hope you enjoy Night Road. It’s one of my favorites.)
Oh yeah that’s very common when you play on your phone for both wips and games , it doesn’t happen a lot though maybe once every few times but it’s definitely annoying when it does … especially if you are so deep in the game and don’t want to repeat from the beginning it really kills the mood .

I’m not certain since I’ve never tried that route myself. It looks like the original poster who asked the question wasn’t able to, but I don’t know for sure.
Can anyone guve advice how to romance Raul? I saved him, ghouled him, flirted during the first date… and that’s all, no romance option till the end of the game, unless I’m missing something.
Last thing I got from visiting him is a message about him dealing with Jesus stealing cars and invitation to visit him after “major jobs” which never happened.
How can I get Elin Olivecrona killed? No matter what I do, the Second Inquisition never comes. I know I have to fail preparing for the evacuation, but I just can’t get her killed. I even edited my stats and gave myself super low attributes, skills, disciplines, and very hostile Second Inquisition hostile levels and yet nothing works. The plan always goes off without a hitch.
