@CJW makes some great valid points against me trying this. I value his advice greatly. However, I am stubborn and deranged so will forge ahead with this project, more out of self interest then anything else. If I should fail I will patch together some tools, some more good advice form @CJW. There will be no time table for this project as my writing will be taking front seat. Crossing my fingers 
Itās not the validator. Itās simple, really. You put in your word count every day, it gives you a bar graph and tells you if youāre on target for your goal. You can look at your friendās numbers and their goals.
I just found myself gaining satisfaction in punching in that I had wrote 1500 words at the end of the day. Small wins. 
Otherwise, your goals are 1) When you start writing an idea, 2) When youāre done the rough draft, 3) When itās available for Beta (done the Alpha) and 4) When itās published. Four large steps with backpats every few months instead of daily small victories.
We might get away with just using a thread to post our word count tallies.

Monthly Goal Update: 63,308 / 75000

Not the 100K I wanted, but I cannot say I am unhappy with the work done.
So resetting my Numbers and after seeing what I can really do will set it at 50K, but will be mixed over my many projects.
Please post your final numbers for the month, I am very sure we as a group have done a very large amount of numbers.
Mineās a bit spread out over projects as well, but the final numbers come to:

Iām actually proud of myself. My goals will be reset in January going for another 50k on the continuation of either Second Edition or Resonance. But for now, editing!
As of 12:01 AM, December 1st, I have managed 50220 words of progress since 12:01 AM, November 1st.
Of course, being a pre-existing project, Mecha Ace isnāt really eligible, but I think itās the thought and the work put into it that count.
I reach the 25,000 but my text account is weird so i have to searching other better. Either way, i wonāt stop writting i decide write 25,000 each month until next nanowrimo. Im a slow paced woman but persistent, for me is more easy doing things that required constance not a great speed.
These are all really great numbers, and congratulations to all. So far our totals for Nov. is a whooping 248,276 words written. Still waiting to see what other post for their totals. Still this is an impressive amount of writing for such a small group.

Anyways, the total is 74,260 words. Good count for a first try, I think, although I was unable to reach the 100k word mark. But eh, Iām happy enough I succeeded for this year!

By the way hope your Muse returns soon, if you need you can borrow mine, she never shuts up. Have a least one or two new stories trying to form a day. Its wears on a person, no way could I every write all these stories.
