In theory, at least, profiting from the municipal-bonds crisis in Memphis is a possible achievement. However, I played as a literate, English-speaking wealthy character who twice chose to improve his knowledge of finance, vied with Robert Reed Church for distressed properties, and asked Ashmore to use her influence on Philadelphia’s banks, and I still didn’t get it. Has anybody else managed to pull it off?
