Hi, I’ve played CoV a bunch of times but I haven’t been able to win being senator, so I was wondering if it’s possible to become a senator? I mean probably not since, yeah, ending. But I figured id ask.
I don’t think it’s possible, sadly.

That’d be a question for Jason. 
You cannot. One of the senators (Bailey?) will always make sure that nobody wins. Memphis will always fall.
