Had to read that sentence three times. Short answer, no clue. I’m not that high up the pecking order.
Was joking with you, since people don’t seem to understand it’s rude to pressure writers… lol
@Sashira - I tried the Vampire today. I really liked her; keep up the great work and your vampire will join my ranks of beloved characters.
I loved the reaction of Artemis and Hunter on the sidewalk when I told them I was doing what my mom wanted and trying to lead a normal life.
I also really enjoyed the artist parts; hope to see those expanded as well - drawing the astrolabe is exactly something I’d try to do
It’s really cool how every class of monster has something unique about them when you do a play through, really encourages going over everything with a fine toothed comb and enjoying all the differences, big and small. I like how vampire characters pretty much prodigies of the liberal arts, being the favourite in both English and Art. Also, it was really nice to see that Goblins have the biggest pool of potential human friends to choose from, as opposed to being alone or only hanging out with academics.
How did you get the first scene you listed? I’ve played through the vampire many many times and haven’t come across that. Did I miss an update?
Be nice to Hunter/Artemis during class. I think the option [“Why do you have to insult me all the time? Y’know, I wish we could just get along.”] is the key trigger. They should approach you the next day before class, IIRC. You have the option to tell them the truth of how you came to be a vampire then.
Also, don’t go in for a kiss Hunter/Artemis if you decide to seek them out in the alley. That’ll land you in some completely different scenes the next day.
Ok so just tried it (without even going into the alley) and in the morning before school all that came up was something along the lines of ‘This is the scene you get if you had a talk with Artemis. Congrats on getting through to her!’ or something like that.
Also I’m sorry if anything I’m saying may possibly be considered a spoiler, I’m trying to blur anything that could be considered one out but my phone is being a pain in the behind.
So excited to see how this story evolves. The sheer amount of customisation and choice is astounding! Personally, I love playing a male/genderfluid Incubus so I know that’ll be my first choice in the final release, but I just played vampire and it was so cool!
(Spoilers) Apologies, on tablet and cant get spoilers working.
A question I had though, can each species do whatever they like or will specific events only be tied to specific species. I dont mean events diectly related to said species (like drinking blood for vampires etc.) but rather things like the art show. Can only vampires take part in it or can any species if they make the right choice?
(End Spoilers)
Can’t wait to see what comes next! Please keep up the good work and thank you!
I just went code-diving, and apparently you do have to pick a fight with Hunter/Artemis to get to that point. My bad. Then go for the ‘I used to be human too’ option. Hope I’ve got everything right this time…
Totally got it this time around. Thanks!
Thank you so much! You’re a saint
And here I thought I was a blue dragon
You’re welcome.
I thought you were a floating blue eyeball in the mist of the digital space of the COG network, spying on all the trouble makers. But I guess a blue Dragon works just as well and if so…hola my blue skinned amigo, welcome to the Dragon club not to be confused with the fight club .
I think my favorite moment so far still has to be when I accidentally ate Hunter. I was just like… woops?
As @Cecilia_Rosewood indicates in her second post, you gotta stand up for yourself in class and then chose the truth when they confront you.
A well written scene is the reward
“accidentally”
Hopeless romantic that I am, my favorite scene to date is still when Hunter is left speechless after my timid vampire kissed him.
@moonwalkerdragon Hey, I was a member of that club first
Hey, man. If it was my 'wolf, it totally would have quotation marks and also act as a metaphor for other good stuff.
I agree, that scene was very poignant, and even more intriguing. At the end I was just kinda like ‘ummm… what even just happened?’.
