Yes! K has their own “suspicion” stat linked to certain choices. You need more than 7 to do the “I knew it” response, and more than 6 to do “I suspected as much”. If it helps, I’ll list the choices that add to the suspicion stat (but general rule of thumb: any choice where you’re like uhhh what is up with this person is a good indicator):

Hello! Discovered this WIP last week and I really, really love this! One of my favorite WIP for sure. Nick is the best bro we can ever wish for so when I can’t really continue the plain evil route when I tried it. His anger alone when I chose the feeling of resentment when he was bombed even though we have a good relationship already hurts me, what more for the actual evil path . This has a polished writing as well, the pacing is nice, doesn’t feel rushed and out of a sudden, also doesn’t feel slow. All ROs are interesting in this story, it’s so difficult to decide but my Button heart ultimately goes to Kim. Realism is nice in the story when it comes to the relationship and casual conversation and scenes, which I really appreciate. I’m looking forward for the full release of this one, if this is a stand alone as in the FAQs, I’d be sad but it would be worth it looking on the quality of the story! This will be my fave book along with Wayhaven and Breach.

Are there going to be more chances to flirt or express interest in Gray? I was sure that, during the trip from the hospital to MC’s home, I chose the option where they start having feelings for him, but then by the last scene (where he helps MC train) there’s no option to flirt or anything, which makes me think that I no longer have the option to show interest inr him? I have been picking him every chance I get, (visiting him, being concerned about his wellbeing) but nothing. I think I’m gonna have to restart, but I didn’t want to choose to have a crush on him from the getgo.
Another thing, when MC is talking to Ambrose about going undercover, there’s the option to say they fancy him, but then the next text says something about “your newfound interest”, but MC was already interested in him. I don’t know, it seemed like the game didn’t remember my previous choices, has this happened to anyone else?

Yeah, I’m pretty sure you’re going to have to choose that you do have an interest in him before hand; otherwise, it won’t lock in; the Sally romance has the same thing

I’ve played a game similar to this before. It’s not often that you see a game where the MC has no powers while the rest of the characters do.

It’s a scary premise, knowing that you are powerless to defend yourself.

I find it amusing how certain routes can have Nick and Button liking one another’s best friend with reciprocated feelings. They really kept their circle tight.

Oh, my sweet summer child. The Patreon demo would have you in tears if you continued your resentment role in the other demo — or even worse, upgrade to Hatred. There’s a scene in both routes that hit too bloody hard. Now, I didn’t sob. But I went through a decent amount of three-ply tissues and all I can say is is that only an android would be able to continue down either routes in the published game. The aches I got. Oof. I felt villainous myself.
