I feel bad even hearing about that part. I certainly won’t play it! I’m glad for people who want to play their Button that way that Jo has included it, but oof.

I wish I could play the patreon WIP, but I clearly won’t go down that path.
With that being said, I’m sure I’ll get a ton of angst on the path I play too, since while my Button loves his brother more than anything, he basically blames himself for everything and often thinks he’d better not exist and stuff like that so yeah - different flavor of tears

i could never be mean to nick nack. hits too close to home whenever he worries about me. reminds me of my own sister. gods is she annoying but she was the fuckin best. plus, ill probs cry if nick nack gets angry at me.

I’ve played a mean Button and picking the options I just felt…oof ouch my heart. It’s a double edged sword - I LOVE the angst, but at the same time, it gives me great emotional pain. Now I’ve only played the demo that’s here but I can’t imagine how I’ll feel once the full game is out and I’ve played through it as a mean Button…

I think the perfect balance is to have a very depressed MC - for this game, at least. It has a lot of angst, but you can still have a nice MC at the end of the day.
